 Նավթ արդյունահանող երկրների միությունը` OPEC-ն իր ամսական զեկույցում հայտնել է, որ 2016 թվականին Ադրբեջանում նավթի արդյուհանման օրական ծավալը 40 հազար բարելով կամ 4,7 տոկոսով նվազելու է:

Վկայակոչելով «Ազադըգ» թերթը, OPEC-ի տվյալներով` անցյալ տարի Ադրբեջանում նավթի արդյունահանման օրական ծավալը 860 հազար բարել էր, այս տարի այն կընկնի 820 հազար բարելի: The Wall Street Journal հանդեսն էլ հայտնել է, որ Կասպից ծովում ադրբեջանական «Գյունեշլի» նավթահանքում երկու ամիս շարունակված հրդեհի պատճառով, որի հետեւանքով 34 մարդ զոհվել էր, Ադրբեջանում օրական 10-12 հազար բարել պակաս նավթ է արդյունահանվել:

«Ադրբեջանի պետական նավթային հիմնադրամը` SOCAR-ը այս հարթակից արդյունահանում էր իր ամբողջ նավթի 60 տոկոսը: Այժմ արդյունահանվում է տարեկան 500-600 հազար տ, կամ 10-12 հազար բարել նավթով պակաս», -գրել է թերթը` հղում կատարելով SOCAR-ի նախագահ Ռովնագ Աբդուլլաեւի` Լոնդոնում նավթի համաժողովում արած հայտարարությանը:

Թերթը գրում է, որ Ադրբեջանի արտահանման 90 տոկոսը կախված է նավթից եւ գազից: Ադրբեջանում նավթի արդյունահանման ծավալները գագաթակետին էին հասել 2009-2010 թվականներին, երբ 1 մլն բարելից ավելի նավթ էր արդյունահանվում, սակայն, դրանից հետո այն սկսել է ընկնել: Ուշագրավ է, որ համաշխարհային ներդրումային բանկերից մեկը` Goldman Sachs-ը կանխատեսում է, որ մոտ ժամանակում նավթի գինը մեկ բարելի դիմաց կհասնի 20 դոլարի, կապված պահանջարկի եւ առաջարկի հավասարակշռության որոնման հետ:

Ադրբեջանցի տնտեսագետ փորձագետ Անար Ռզաեւի կարծիքով` եթե այդ գործընթացը տեղի ունենա, Ադրբեջանում 1 դոլարը 2 մանաթից ավելի կարժենա:

Նրա խոսքով` նավթի գինը 20 դոլարի իջնելը խիստ անցանկալի սցենար է Ադրբեջանի համար: «Ադրբեջանը 2016 թվականի պետբյուջեում նավթի գինը հաշվարկել է մեկ բարելի դիմաց 25 դոլար: Եթե այն ընկնի 20 դոլարի, Ադրբեջանում 1 ամերիկյան դոլարը 2 մանաթից բարձր կլինի», -համոզմունք է հայտնել փորձագետը:
