3 հայեր այլ անձանց հետ միասին Ղրիմի կամրջի աhաբեկչության գործով դատապարտվել են ցմաh ազատազրկման

Երեք հայ՝ Արտյոմ և Գրիգորի Ազատյանները, նաև բեռնատարի վարորդ Արթուր Թերչանյանը Ղրիմի կամրջի ահաբեկչական հարձակման գործով դատապարտվել են ցմահ ազատազրկման։
Նույն պատժին են դատապարտվել ևս հինգ մեղադրյալներ։ Վճիռը կայացրել է Դոնի Ռոստովի Հարավային շրջանի ռազմական դատարանը։
Դատարանի առջև կանգնել էին ութ մեղադրյալներ՝ Ռոման Սոլոմկոն, Վլադիմիր Զլոբը, Գեորգի Ազատյանը, Արտյոմ Ազատյանը, Ալեքսանդր Բիլինը, Օլեգ Անտիպովը, Արթուր Տերչանյանը և Դմիտրի Տյաժելիխը։
Ղրիմի կամրջի վրա պայթյունը տեղի էր ունեցել 2022 թվականի հոկտեմբերի 8-ի վաղ առավոտյան։ Կամրջի՝ մեքենաների երթևեկության հատվածում պայթել էր պլաստիկե թաղանթով թաքցված պայթուցիկներով լի բեռնատար։ Կամրջի երեք հատվածներ փլուզվել են, ինչի հետևանքով մահացել էր հինգ մարդ, այդ թվում՝ պայթած բեռնատարի վարորդ Մախիր Յուսուբովը։
Հաջորդ մի քանի օրերի ընթացքում Ռուսաստանի անվտանգության ուժերը ձերբակալել էին ութ կասկածյալների, որոնք առնվազն որոշակի կապ էին ունեղել բեռի հետ՝ Խերսոնի մարզից երկու ձեռնարկատեր (Սոլոմկո և Զլոբ), Արմավիր քաղաքում պահեստի սեփականատեր երկու եղբայրներ (Արտյոմ և Գեորգի Ազատյան), բեռնատարի վարորդ (Թերչանյան), Ղրիմից մրգերի և բանջարեղենի մատակարար (Բիլին), Սանկտ Պետերբուրգից լոգիստ (Անտիպով) և Լիպեցկի բնակիչ (Տյաժելիխ), որը տրամադրել էր SIM քարտեր ։
Նրանք մեղադրվում են ահաբեկչության և զենքի կամ պայթուցիկ նյութերի անօրինական շրջանառության համար։ Սոլոմկոն և Թերչանյանը մեղադրվում են նաև պայթուցիկ սարքերի մաքսանենգության մեջ։ Ավելի վաղ հաղորդվել էր, որ ահաբեկչական հարձակումը կազմակերպել է Ուկրաինայի ռազմական հետախուզության ղեկավար Կիրիլ Բուդանովը։
