ՄԻԵԴ-ը Թուրքիային մեղավոր է ճանաչել՝ խnշտանգnւմների արգելքը խախտելու համար

Եվրոպայի մարդու իրավունքների դատարանը (ՄԻԵԴ) 2013-ի մայիսի 1-ին Ստամբուլի կենտրոնական Թաքսիմի հրապարակում իրականացված ցույցերի ընթացքում ոստիկանական գործողությունների հետևանքով տուժած Իբրահիմ Աքանի գործով Թուրքիային մեղավոր է ճանաչել։ Այս մասին գրում է ermenihaber.am-ը:
Նշվում է, որ այդ օրը Աքանը ցանկացել էր ընդամենը քայլել Թաքսիմի հրապարակով, բայց հայտնվել էր ոստիկանության կիրառած բիրտ գործողությունների թիրախում. արցունքաբեր նռնակը պայթել և հարվածել էր վերջինիս աչքին, ինչի հետևանքով քաղաքացին աչքն ամբողջությամբ կորցրել էր ու 33 տոկոսով դարձել հաշմանդամ։
Տեղի ունեցածի վերաբերյալ տարբեր իրավական ատյաններ դիմելուց և հաջողություն չունենալուց հետո 2017-ին Աքանը Թուրքիային դատի էր տվել արդեն ՄԻԵԴ-ում։ Եվրադատարանը որոշում է կայացրել 8․5 տարի անց, որով Թուրքիան Աքանին պարտավորվում է վճարել 13․500 եվրո, որից 12․500-ը որպես բարոյական փոխհատուցում, իսկ 1000-ը՝ դատական ծախսեր։
Դատարանի վճռում ասվում է, որ Թուրքիան խախտել է խոշտանգումների և վատ վերաբերմունքի արգելքը։
