Ակբա բանկը և Պրոպարկոն ամփոփել են համագործակցության մեկամյակը

Ակբա բանկն ու Ֆրանսիական զարգացման գործակալության անդամ Պրոպարկոն ամփոփել են համագործակցության մեկամյակը։ Մեկ տարի առաջ Պրոպարկոն դարձավ Ակբա բանկի բաժնետեր՝ 10% մասնաբաժնով։

«Մենք երկար պատմության սկզբում ենք, որն արդեն հաջողություն է գրանցել: Այս գործարքը ամրապնդում է հայ-ֆրանսիական հարաբերությունները: Բանկը սերտ կապ ունի Ֆրանսիայի հետ, ինչը համակարգային նշանակություն ունի ֆինանսական շուկայում: Այս գործակցությունը հայկական բանկային ոլորտը կապում է եվրոպական ստանդարտներին: Ակբան նորարությունների բանկն է և Հայաստանի համար նոր հնարավորություններ է բացում դեպի աշխարհ»,- նշել է ՀՀ-ում Ֆրանսիայի դեսպան Օլիվիե Դըկոտինյին։

«Պրոպարկոյի կողմից Ակբա բանկի 10% բաժնետոմսերի ձեռքբերումը ուղղակի ֆինանսական ներդրում չէ։ Սա վստահության քվե է Ակբա բանկի ռազմավարության, կառավարման և Հայաստանի զարգացման մեջ նշանակալի դեր կատարելու Ակբայի կարողությանը։ Պրոպարկոյի հետ համագործակցությամբ Ակբան մտնում է նոր ռազմավարական ցիկլ և այս երկարաժամկետ տեսլականի հիմքում ընկած է ամենակարևորը՝ վստահությունը։  Մեր նպատակն է լինել ոչ միայն ֆինանսական ուժեղ հաստատություն, այլև Հայաստանի ամենահուսալի կազմակերպություններից մեկը՝ բանկ, որը մարմնավորում է եվրոպական չափանիշները, հայկական արժեքները և հասարակության նկատմամբ բարձր պատասխանատվության զգացումը»,- նշել է Ակբա բանկի խորհրդի նախագահ Ռաֆայել Սարգսյանը։

«Ակբան միջազգային կազմակերպությունների հետ աշխատելու բավականին հարուստ փորձ ունի։  Պետք է ասել, որ այդ փորձառությունը մեզ տվել է ոչ միայն ֆինանսական հնարավորություններ, այլև նոր որակներ ու նոր ստանդարտներ։ Պրոպարկոյի հետ համագործակցությունը մեր առջև նոր հորիզոններ է բացել։ Հպարտ եմ, որ մենք Պրոպարկոյի գործընկերների մեծ ընտանիքում արդեն մեր ուրույն տեղն ունենք։ Ցանկանում եմ շնորհակալություն հայտնել նաև Ֆրանսիայի կառավարությանը՝ ի դեմս պարոն դեսպանի»,- նշել է Ակբա բանկի գլխավոր գործադիր տնօրեն Հակոբ Անդրեասյանը։



«Ակբան համակարգային  կառույց է, որը դարձել է Հայաստանի տնտեսության զարգացման առանցքային դերակատարներից մեկը։ Այս հարաբերությունները խարսխված են փոխվստահության վրա, որը կդիմադրի ցանկացած խոչընդոտի և երկարատև կյանք կունենա: Մենք աջակցելու ենք բանկի՝ միջազգային շուկա մուտք գործելուն և այդ ճանապարհի ընթացքում միասին ենք քայլելու: Ցանկություն ունենք  խորացնել մեր համագործակցությունը և աջակցել, որ բանկը զարգացնի նաև կլիմայական փոփոխությունների ծրագիրը»,- նշել է Պրոպարկոյի Մասնավոր կապիտալի գծով տնօրենի տեղակալ Ստեֆան Ֆրուասարդեյը։

«Կենտրոնական բանկը ողջունում է, որ օտարերկրյա հեղինակավոր կազմակերպությունները մասնակցում են Հայաստանի ֆինանսական համակարգի գործունեությանը։ Ակբա բանկը բաց բաժնետիրական ընկերություն դառնալով, ինչպես նաև Պրոպարկոյի հետ համագործակցության շնորհիվ, ակնհայտորեն թիրախավորում է իրեն որպես երկարաժամկետ, կայուն զարգացմանը միտված բանկ։ Ակբա բանկը դրական իմաստով առանձնանում է լավագույն բանկերի շարքում»,- նշել է ՀՀ կենտրոնական բանկի նախագահի տեղակալ Հովհաննես Խաչատրյանը։
