Ոչ ստերոիդային ցավազրկողներ (իբուպրոֆեն, դիկլոֆենակ և այլն)
Այս դեղերը լայնորեն օգտագործվում են ցավերի և բորբոքումների դեպքում, սակայն 40-ից հետո դրանք կարող են բացասաբար ազդել երիկամների ֆունկցիայի, արյան ճնշման և սրտի աշխատանքի վրա։ Երկարատև օգտագործումը բարձրացնում է սրտի կաթվածի և ճնշման անկայունության ռիսկը։

Մասնավորապես՝ առանց բժշկական խորհրդատվության ընդունվող հորմոնալ դեղերը կարող են խախտել նյութափոխանակությունը, մեծացնել թրոմբների առաջացման հավանականությունը և նպաստել սրտանոթային բարդությունների առաջացմանը, հատկապես՝ 40 տարեկանից հետո։
