Հրայր Կամենդատյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.

ՔՊ–ի նախարարներից մեկը դեռ մեկ օր առաջ հայտարարում էր՝ «թոշակների բարձրացման համար բյուջեում մի կոպեկ չկա»։ Ամեն ինչ՝ անուղղակի, բայց հստակ ասել էր․ թոշակառուն թող դիմանա, պետությունն իբրև միջոց չունի։

Բայց այսօր  Հետքի հրապարակմամբ բացվում է ամենաուղղակի, ամենադաժան պատկերը․ ՔՊ-ին կապված ավագանու անդամի ստեղծած ՍՊԸ–ն պետբյուջեից ստացել է տասնյակ միլիոնավոր դրամներ, որպեսզի Հ1–ը ու իշխանական PR մեքենան լցվեն վարձված «ծափ տվողներով»։

Այո՛, հատուկ վարձված մարդիկ՝ որոնց գործը մեկն է․
իշխանության ցանկացած հանդիպում, ցանկացած նկարահանում, ցանկացած ուղերձ ներկայացնել այնպես, կարծես ժողովուրդը «հիացած է»։

Սրանք ոչ թե պատահական հանդիսատեսներ են, այլ ուղղորդված, բեմականացված, կազմակերպված խմբեր, որոնց տեղաշարժը, վարքն ու արձագանքը նախօրոք համաձայնեցված է։ Դրանք վերածվել են քաղաքական դեկորի, որը պետք է պատրանք ստեղծի, որ երկրում ամեն ինչ լավ է, մարդիկ գոհ են, և բողոքող չկա։

Սա արդեն պարզապես PR չէ։

Սա պետական մակարդակով կեղծ իրականություն արտադրելու ծրագիր է։
2020–2025 թվականներին մոտ 80 միլիոն դրամ է գնացել միայն այս «ծափերի արդյունաբերությանը»։
80 միլիոն՝ ծափերի համար։

Գոգոլի «Մահացած հոգիները» այս իրականության կողքին գրեթե անմեղ սատիրա է։ Այնտեղ մահացածներն էին հաշվառվում՝ խարդախ սխեմաներ սարքելու համար։ Այստեղ՝ կենդանի մարդիկ են վերածվել մանեկենների նման դերի՝ պատվերով արձագանքելու, պատվերով գոհանալու, պատվերով ծափ տալու համար։

Եվ սա այն նույն երկրում, որտեղ իշխանությունը սառնասրտորեն հայտարարում է․

«Թոշակառուի համար փող չունենք»։
Պարզվում է՝ իշխանությունը փող չունի միայն այնտեղ, որտեղ քաղաքական շահ չկա։ Իսկ որտեղ պետք է ծածկել ձախողումները, խեղել իրականությունը, ձևացնել «հանրային աջակցություն»՝ այնտեղ փողը չափազանց  է, անսպառ է, հեշտ է տրվում։

Այս ամենը այլևս նույնիսկ քողարկված չի։
