«Սևան» ՔԿՀ պետի տեղակալը մեղադրվում է հայտարարագրման ենթակա տվյալները թաքցնելու և ապօրինի հարստացման մեջ

ՀՀ հակակոռուպցիոն կոմիտեում քննված քրեական վարույթով իրականացված նախաքննությամբ պարզվել է, որ ՀՀ ԱՆ «Սևան» քրեակատարողական հիմնարկի պետի տեղակալը թաքցրել է հայտարարագրման ենթակա տվյալները, որոնք հանգեցրել են առանձնապես խոշոր չափերով գույքի՝ շուրջ 35 մլն ՀՀ դրամի չափով դրամական միջոցների չհայտարարագրմանը, ինչպես նաև ապօրինի հարստացել է: Այս մասին հայտնում են ՀՀ հակակոռուպցիոն կենտրոնից։
«Մասնավորապես՝ նշված պաշտոնատար անձը 2021 թվականի ապրիլի 30-ին ՀՀ կոռուպցիայի կանխարգելման հանձնաժողով ներկայացրած՝ 2020 թվականի գույքի, եկամուտների և փոխկապակցված անձանց տարեկան հայտարարագրում չի ներառել՝ թաքցրել է այլ անձի անվամբ բանկում ավանդադրված, սակայն փաստացի իրեն պատկանող առանձնապես խոշոր չափերով դրամական միջոցները՝ 11 միլիոն ՀՀ դրամը։ Բացի այդ, 2020 թվականին տվյալ պաշտոնյայի գույքն ավելացել է շուրջ 14 մլն ՀՀ դրամով, որն էականորեն գերազանցել է նրա օրինական եկամուտները և ողջամտորեն չի հիմնավորվում դրանցով։
Նախաքննությամբ պարզվել է, որ պաշտոնատար անձն առանձնապես խոշոր չափերով դրամական միջոցների վերաբերյալ տվյալներ չի հայտարարագրել նաև 2024 թվականի մարտի 29-ին ներկայացրած՝ 2023 թվականի գույքի, եկամուտների և փոխկապակցված անձանց տարեկան հայտարարագրում: Մասնավորապես՝ վերջինս հայտարարագրում որպես ստացված եկամուտ է հայտարարագրել միայն աշխատավարձը, այնինչ բանկում դարձյալ այլ անձի անվամբ 2023 թվականին ավանդադրել է 23 մլն ՀՀ դրամ, որն էականորեն գերազանցել է նրա օրինական եկամուտները և ողջամտորեն չի հիմնավորվում դրանցով:
Վերը նշված արարքների համար «Սևան» ՔԿՀ պետի տեղակալին մեղադրանք է ներկայացվել ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 444-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասով (2 դրվագ) և 443-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով: Նրա նկատմամբ որպես խափանման միջոց կիրառվել է կալանքը:
Քրեական վարույթով նախաքննությունն ավարտվել է, և վարույթի նյութերը մեղադրական եզրակացությամբ ուղարկվել են ՀՀ հակակոռուպցիոն դատարան»,- նշվում է հաղորդագրությունում:
