Ռուսաստանի նախագահ Վլադիմիր Պուտինը պետական այցով ժամանել է Բիշքեկ, որը կտևի երեք օր՝ նոյեմբերի 25-ից 27-ը։ «Մանաս» օդանավակայանում բարձրաստիճան հյուրի համար հանդիսավոր դիմավորում են կազմակերպել. բարձրացվել են դրոշները, շարվել է պատվո պահակախումբը: Օդանավի սանդուղքի մոտ Ռուսաստանի առաջնորդին անձամբ դիմավորել է Ղրղզստանի նախագահ Սադիր Ժապարովը։
Ըստ արտաքին քաղաքականության հարցերով նախագահի օգնական Յուրի Ուշակովի, այցը կմեկնարկի հիշատակի արարողությամբ. պետությունների ղեկավարները ծաղկեպսակներ կդնեն Հաղթանակի հրապարակի Անմար կրակի մոտ։ Դրանից հետո տեղի կունենա Պուտինի և Ժապարովի ոչ պաշտոնական ընթրիքը, հայտնում է ՏԱՍՍ-ը։
Ծրագրի հիմնական մասը նախատեսված է հաջորդ օրվա համար. այդ օրը տեղի կունենան արարողակարգային միջոցառումներ և ռուս-ղրղզական բանակցություններ։ Պուտինը նաև առանձին հանդիպում կունենա Բելառուսի նախագահ Ալեքսանդր Լուկաշենկոյի հետ։
Նոյեմբերի 27-ին Պուտինը կմասնակցի ՀԱՊԿ Հավաքական անվտանգության խորհրդի նիստին և ավանդույթի համաձայն կշփվի կրեմլյան լրագրողների խմբի հետ։
