Մեկ անգամ չէ, որ խոսվել է Հայաստանի զբոսաշրջային պոտենցիալի մասին: Սակայն միայն պոտենցիալը բավական չէ, պետք է նաև այն օգտագործել: Այս ուղղությամբ պարբերաբար կատարվում է աշխատանք տարբեր երկրների հետ: Նմանօրինակ քայլերից է այսօրվա նիստի ընթացքում «Հայաստանի Հանրապետության կառավարության և Չեռնոգորիայի կառավարության միջև զբոսաշրջության բնագավառում համագործակցության մասին» համաձայնագրի կնքման առաջարկությանը հավանության տալը:

Այսպիսով, ՀՀ կառավարությունը և Չեռնոգորիայի կառավարությունը ցանկանաում են զարգացնել և ամրապնդել երկու երկրների միջև զբոսաշրջության բնագավառում համագործակցությունը: Այս համաձայնագրի շնորհիվ հնարավոր կլնին ամրապնդել և խթանել զբոսաշրջության բնագավառում համագործակցությունը, երկկողմանի աջակցել երկրներում զբոսաշրջության բնագավառում իրավասու պետական մարմինների, զբոսաշրջային օպերատորների և այլ կազմակերպությունների համագործակցությանը, դյուրացնել երկու երկրների միջև զբոսաշրջային փոխայցելությունների ընթացակարգերը, զարգացնել փոխադարձ համագործակցությունը կադրերի մասնագիտական վերապատրաստման, փորձագետների և լրագրողների փոխանակման բնագավառներում, աջակցել փորձի փոխանակմանը զբոսաշրջության, մասնավորապես զբոսաշրջության կառավարման և մարքեթինգի, ինչպես նաև հյուրանոցային գործի կառավարման բնագավառներում:
Սա ևս մեկ խթան կհանդիսանա ոլորտի զարգացման և կբացի նոր շուկա տուրիստական կազմակերպությունների համար:
