«Զանգեզուրի միջանցքը» Թուրքիայի համար ռազմավարական երազանքն է. թուրք նախարար

Թուրքիայի առևտրի նախարար Օմեր Բոլաթը թուրքական «Analiz» թերթին ներկայացրել է երկրի առևտրային և լոգիստիկ ռազմավարական առաջնահերթությունները։ Նախարարը, ի թիվս այլ հարցերի, անդրադարձել է նաև այսպես կոչված «Զանգեզուրի միջանցքին»։ Այս մասին հայտնում է Ermenihaber.am-ը:
Բոլաթը, նշելով, որ Թուրքիան իր լոգիստիկ կամրջի դիրքը 3 մայրցամաքների հատման կետում այլևս ոչ միայն որպես աշխարհագրական առավելություն է դիտարկում, այլև այն վերածում է աշխարհատնտեսական առավելության, ասել է․
«Բաքու-Թբիլիսի-Կարս երկաթուղին, Մարմարայը, Յավուզ Սուլթան Սելիմի կամուրջը, Կարս-Ստամբուլ-Եվրոպա կապուղիները, Զանգեզուրի միջանցքը և Զարգացման ճանապարհի նախագծերը վճռորոշ ենթակառուցվածքային քայլեր են, որոնք Թուրքիան ձեռնարկում է համաշխարհային առևտրում իր դիրքերը ամրապնդելու և առաջ մղելու համար»։
Բացի այդ, շարունակելով խոսել այսպես կոչված «Զանգեզուրի միջանցքի» մասին՝ Թուրքիայի առևտրի նախարարը հայտարարել է, որ այն իրենց երկիրը կապելու է թյուրքական աշխարհի և կենտրոնական Ասիայի հետ։
«Դա ոչ միայն ռազմավարական երազանք է, այլև առևտրային անհրաժեշտություն»,- հավելել է նա։
Անդրադառնալով ներկայումս դեպի Կենտրոնական Ասիա իրականացվող արտահանումների ճանապարհներին՝ Բոլաթը տեղեկացրել է, որ դրանք Սարպի սահմանային անցակետով անցնում են շուրջ 950 կմ հեռավորություն, ապա ընդգծել, որ երբ «Զանգեզուրի միջանցքը» բացվի, Թուրքիայի և Ադրբեջանի միջև ճանապարհային հեռավորությունը կկրճատվի մինչև 400 կիլոմետր: Նախարարը պնդել է նաև, որ այդպիսով Չինաստան-Եվրոպա գծի տարանցման ժամանակն իր հերթին կկրճատվի 5-7 օրով, իսկ ծախսերը՝ 15-20%-ով:
«Չնայած դժվար է զրոյացնել աշխարհաքաղաքական մրցակցությունը, բայց առևտրային ներուժի գրավչությունը բավականաչափ ուժեղ է այդ խոչընդոտները հաղթահարելու համար: Երկարաժամկետ հեռանկարում Զանգեզուրը կվերածվի տարածաշրջանային վստահություն ձևավորող խաղաղության նախագծի։
Զարգացման ճանապարհը և Զանգեզուրի միջանցքը նախատեսված են ոչ միայն բազմամոդալ փոխադրումների համար: Դրանք դիտարկվում են նաև որպես ռազմավարական էներգետիկ և հաղորդակցության միջանցքներ»,- հավելել է Թուրքիայի առևտրի նախարարը։
Վերջինս շեշտել է, որ այդ նախագծերին ինտեգրվում են նավթամուղներ ու գազատարներ, ֆիբրօպտիկ ենթակառուցվածք, ինչպես նաև էլեկտրահաղորդման գծեր և Թուրքիան գնում է ոչ միայն լոգիստիկ, այլև արտադրական ու էներգետիկ կենտրոն դառնալու ճանապարհով։
