ԱՄՆ փոխպետքարտուղարը շոկի է մատնել Փաշինյանին

Հայաստանի գործող իշխանությունները՝ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի գլխավորությամբ, շոկի մեջ են ԱՄՆ պետքարտուղարի քաղաքական հարցերով տեղակալ Էլիսոն Հուքերի տարածաշրջանային այցից։ Հիշեցնենք, Հուքերը ժամանել էր Հայաստան, հանդիպումներ ունեցել մի քանի պաշտոնյաների, այդ թվում՝ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի հետ, եղել նաև Վրաստանում և Բաքվում, որտեղ ևս քննարկումներ էր ունեցել, ընդ որում ամերիկյան կողմը հատուկ նշել էր, որ բոլոր 3 երկրներում էլ քննարկել են այսպես կոչված «Թրամփի ուղու» հարցը։

Ամենատհաճ բանը, որ փաշինյանական իշխանությունը լսել է փոխպետքարտուղարի շուրթերից, այն է, որ «Թրամփի ուղին» կառավարող կոնսորցիումը չի լինելու միայն հայ-ամերիկյան։ Ըստ էության, ամերիկյան կողմը զգուշացրել է, որ այդ կոնսորցիումը պետք է լինի առնվազն երեք կողմերով։ Թեպետ Վաշինգտոնը ցանկանում է, որ երրորդ կողմը լինի Թուրքիան, բայց և հասկանում է, որ դա կարող է լրջագույն հակազդեցություն առաջացնել հայ հանրության մոտ, ուստի Վաշինգտոնը բոլորովին դեմ չէ, որ կոնսորցիումի մեջ իր մասնաբաժինն ունենա նաև Ռուսաստանը, ավելին, անվտանգությունը ապահովի հենց ռուսական միջոցներով։ Եվ քանի որ Հայաստանի մասնակցությունը շատ սիմվոլիկ է, պաշտոնական Երևանն այլևս իրենից ոչինչ չի ներկայացնում, ըստ էության, այդ կոնսորցիումը կառավարվելու է Ռուսաստանի և Ամերիկայի համատեղ ջանքերով։

Ամերիկյան կողմից էլ հասկանում են, որ տարածաշրջանում անվտանգությունը կարող է ապահովել միայն Մոսկվան՝ Թուրքիայի գործոնը բացառելով։ Եվ այժմ թե փաշինյանական իշխանությունը, որը բոլոր ջանքերը գործադրել է Ռուսաստանի տարածաշրջանից դուրս մղելու համար, ինքն էլ հայտնվել է շոկային իրավիճակում, չհասկանալով, թե ինչ է տեղի ունենում։ Իսկ իրականում տեղի ունեցածը զուտ ռեալպոլիտիկի դրսևորում է, որտեղ հայկական կողմին առանձնապես ոչինչ չեն էլ հարցնում։
