ՌԼԴԿ-ն առաջարկել է հակաիրավական գործողությունների կանխարգելման նպատակով արգելել միգրանտներին օդամղիչ զենքի, էլեկտրաշոկերների, գազային և այլ փոշեցիրների, ինչպես նաև կայծային պարպիչների վաճառքը։
Կուսակցության պատգամավորները՝ առաջնորդ Լեոնիդ Սլուցկու գլխավորությամբ, համապատասխան օրինագիծը ՌԴ Պետդումա կներկայացնեն նոյեմբերի 23-ին։ Այս մասին «Газета.Ru»-ին հայտնել են քաղաքական միավորման մամուլի ծառայությունից։
Կուսակցությունից նշել են, որ գործող օրենսդրության համաձայն, միգրանտները կարող են համապատասխան իրերը Ռուսաստանում ձեռք բերել առանց լիցենզիա ստանալու։ Այնինչ երկրի քաղաքացիներին նման իրավունք տրվում է միայն 18 տարեկանից, ինչը իրավական բաց է ստեղծում և թուլացնում հնարավոր վտանգավոր իրերի շրջանառության նկատմամբ վերահսկողությունը։
ՌԼԴԿ-ում վկայակոչում են Քննչական կոմիտեի վիճակագրությունը, ըստ որի՝ միգրանտների շրջանում հանցագործությունների թիվն աճում է, ընդ որում՝ օտարերկրացիներն օգտագործում են աերոզոլային բալոններ, էլեկտրաշոկերներ, ինչպես նաև օդամղիչ զենք՝ դրանց ձեռքբերման համար նվազագույն պահանջների բացակայության պատճառով։
Ուստի կուսակցությունն առաջարկում է արգելել միգրանտներին գնել նշված իրերը։ Դա կբարձրացնի օտարերկրացիների պատասխանատվությունը նման առարկաների ապօրինի ձեռքբերման և կիրառման համար, կարծում են ՌԼԴԿ-ում։
Ըստ կուսակցության առաջնորդ Լեոնիդ Սլուցկու, գործող օրենսդրական բացը թույլ է տալիս միգրանտներին միանգամայն օրինական կերպով գնել «հնարավոր վտանգավոր սարքեր»։ Դա «հանրային անվտանգության իրական ռիսկեր» է ստեղծում, ընդգծել է քաղաքական գործիչը։
Ըստ նրա տվյալների, 2025 թվականի առաջին կեսին միգրանտների շրջանում հանցագործությունների թիվը գերազանցել է 18,8 հազարը, և որպես զենք նրանք «ամենից հաճախ օգտագործում են հենց այս սարքերը, որոնք մնում են առավել հասանելի և չեն պահանջում լրացուցիչ ստուգումներ և վերահսկողություն»։
