ՌԴ-ն ու Թուրքիան ուղղակի ռազմական գործողությունների չեն գնա. թուրքագետ

Ռուսաստանի զինված ուժերի հարավային ռազմական օկրուգի միավորումները մարտական պատրաստվածության բերելը քաղաքական մեսիջ է ուղղված Թուրքիային: Այս մասին նշեց թուրքագետ Գևորգ Պետրոսյանը: «Տեսնում ենք, որ Ռուսաստանը բարձրաձայնում է այն մասին, թե Թուրքիայի զինված ուժերը պատրաստվում են ներխուժել Սիրիայի տարածք: Ահա, հարավային ռազմական շրջանի միավորումները մարտական պատրաստվածության բերելը պետք է դիտարկել այս համատեքստում, որը քաղաքական պատասխան է Թուրքիային»,-ասաց թուրքագետը:
Գևորգ Պետրոսյանի խոսքով` չնայած առկա լարվածությանը և փոխադարձ սուր հայտարարություններին, դժվար թե ռուս-թուրքական ուղղակի ռազմական գործողություններ լինեն: «Դա լրջագույն զարգացում կլինի Ռուսաստանի ու Թուրքիայի համար` ունենալով բացասական հետևանքեր: Կողմերը պատրաստ չեն ռազմական գործողությունների, նրանք ուղղակի առճակատման չեն գնա: Դրա փոխարեն կփորձեն իրենց ուժերը չափել Սիրիայում: Սիրիան կլինի Թուրքիայի և Ռուսաստանի ուժերի չափման ռազմադաշտը: Սիրիան կարևորություն ունի երկու կողմերի համար և երկուսն էլ զիջումների պատրաստ չեն» ;,-ավելացրեց նա:
Անդրադառնալով ԱՄՆ-Թուրքիա հարաբերություններում ի հայտ եկող նոր լարվածությանը, թուրքագետը նշեց, որ Թուրքիայի արձագանքը բնական էր: Այն, որ ԱՄՆ-ի Պետդեպը Սիրիայի քրդերին չի համարում ահաբեկչական խմբավորում, պետք է առաջացներ Թուրքիայի զայրույթը, որովհետև, ըստ թուրքագետի, վերջինիս համար քրդերի խնդիրը շատ կարևոր նշանակություն ունի:
«Դա Թուրքիայի համար հարցերի հարցն է: Եվ բնական է, որ Թուրքիան շատ դյուրագրգիռ է արձագանքում քրդական զարգացումներին ինչպես երկրի ներսում, այնպես էլ երկրից դուրս: Այս պարագայում Թուրքիան անկանխատեսելի քայլերի է ունակ»,-ասաց Գևորգ Պետրոսյանը: Ինչ վերաբերում է Սիրիայի քրդերի հետ կապված ԱՄՆ-ի հայտարարությանը, ապա թուրքագետը նշեց, որ նա փորձում է Մերձավոր Արևելքում իր դաշնակիցների թիվն ավելացնել: Քրդերն էլ պոտենցիալ դաշնակցի դերում են: Թուրքագետը նկատեց, որ թուրք-ամերիկյան հարաբերություններում խնդիրներ միշտ եղել են:
«Սիրիական հակամարտության ամենսկզբից Թուրքիան-ԱՄՆ-ն տարբեր հարցերում տարատիպ կարծիքներ են ունեցել և միշտ չէ, որ նրանց շահերը, հետաքրքրությունները համընկել են: Նախկինում ևս տարաձայնություններ են եղել, այնպես չէ, որ Սիրիայի հարցում ամեն ինչ հարթ է գնացել: Օրինակ, երկար ժամանակ Թուրքիան քաղաքական առևտուր էր անում` մտածելով, թողնել իր ավիաբազաները օգտագործել, թե ոչ: Հիմա ևս մեկ լարվածություն է ի հայտ գալիս, որն ավելի լուրջ է»,-հավելեց թուրքագետը` նշելով, որ Թուրքիան հայտնվել է բավական ծանր իրավիճակում: Թուրքիայի քաղաքականութ յունը Սիրիայում իրեն չի արդարացնում, փոխարենն ավելի շատ խնդիրներ է ստեղծում:
