2025թ. սեպտեմբերի 20–ին, «Քաղաքացիական պայմանագիր» կուսակցության 7-րդ համագումարում ունեցած ելույթում վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը անդրադարձել է Ադրբեջանի հետ սահմանազատման ու Կիրանցի խնդրին՝ հայտարարելով․ «Սահմանազատված սահմանն է անվտանգության երաշխիքը, և ովքեր չեն հավատում սրան, թող գնան Կիրանց, որտեղ Ադրբեջանից ընդամենը 50-60 մետր հեռավորության վրա երեխաները դպրոց են գնում ու ֆուտբոլ են խաղում։ Ունե՞ն արդյոք նրանց ծնողները անվտանգության մտահոգություններ։ Չունեն, հակառակ դեպքում իրենց երեխաներին թույլ չէին տա դպրոց գնալ և ֆուտբոլ խաղալ Ադրբեջանի հետ սահմանից ընդամենը 50-60 մետր այս կողմ։ Եթե Կիրանցի երեխաները 40 տարի առանց նորմալ դպրոցի ու ֆուտբոլի դաշտի դիմացել էին, անվտանգության վախերի պարագայում էլի կդիմանային, բայց դիմանալու կարիք չկա, որովհետև կա խաղաղություն և խաղաղությունը Կիրանցում է, խաղաղությունը Հայաստանում է»։

Կիրանց գյուղի ծնողներն ունեն անվտանգության վերաբերյալ մտաահգություններ, սակայն ո՞ւր, ո՞ր գյուղերի հանրակրթական դպրոցներ պետք է ուղարկեին իրենց դպրոցահասակ երեխաներին։ Այդ ծնողներն ինչո՞ւ պետք է իրենց զավակներին արգելեին ֆուտբոլ խաղալ նորակառույց դպրոցի խաղահրապարակում, որի կողքին Հայաստան-Վրաստան միջպետական ավտոճանապարհն է ձգվում, որի եզրին էլ սահման հանդիսացող, մի մասը քարից, մեծ մասը՝ թիթեղից սարքված սահման-ցանկապատն է։ 2024թվականին սահմանազատման անվան տակ Կիրանց գյուղից մոտ 15 հեկտար հողեր, այդ թվում՝ Հայաստան-Վրաստան միջպետական ավտոճանապարհի Կիրանցի կամուրջը Ադրբեջանին հանձնելուց, Կիրանցով ձգվող նոր ճանապարհ կառուցելուց հետո Կիրանցի նորակառույց դպրոցը Ադրբեջանի սահմանից ոչ թե 50-60 մետր է հեռու, այլ՝ 30-40։

Վերջին տարիներին Կիրանցի հիմնական աշակերտների թիվը նվազել է։ 2023-2024ուսումնական տարում Կիրանցի հիմնական դպրոցն ունեցել է 42 աշակերտ, 2024-2025 ուսումնական տարում՝ 34 աշակերտ։ Տավուշի մարզպետի աշխատակազմից տեղեկացել եմ, որ այս՝ 2025-2026 ուսումնական տարում Կիրանցի հիմնական դպրոցում սովորում է 37 աշակերտ, այսինքն՝ 2 տարում դպրոցի աշակերտների թիվը 5-ով նվազել է։ Նախկինում հայտարարել էին, որ Կիրանցի դպրոցի նոր շենքը գործարկելուց հետո Կիրանցի հիմնական դպրոցը ստանալու է միջնակարգի կարգավիճակ, սակայն սահմանամերձ գյուղի դպրոցն այդպես էլ չի դարձել միջնակարգ ուսումնական հաստատաություն։

Նախկին տարիներին նման Կիրանց գյուղի բարձր դասարանցիներն ամեն աշխատանքային օր Կիրանցից դասերի են մեկնում Իջևան համայնքի Ներքին Ծաղկավանի և Սարիգյուղի միջնակարգ դպրոցներ»:
