Մեր նպատակն է, որ մեր պետությունը՝ Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունը որպես այդպիսին շարունակաբար գոյություն ունենա 50 տարի, 100 տարի, 150 տարի, 500 տարի, 1000 տարի և դրանից անդին, հայտարարել է Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը Հայաստանի պետական մարմինների ներկայացուցիչների առաջին համաժողովում։
«Հասկանում եմ, իհարկե, որ եթե մեր մտածողության բանաձևերով 50-100 տարի պետություն ունենալու տեսլականը դեռ կարող է ընկալվել որպես պրակտիկ խնդիր, ավելի երկար պլանավորման մասին խոսակցությունն ինքնին կարող է տարակուսանք հարուցել։
Բայց եթե հազար տարվա պետության տեսլականն ակնհայտորեն չի կարող ձևավորել ամենօրյա միկրոգործողությունների պլան, կարող է և պետք է ձևավորի ամենօրյա գործելակարգի հոգեբանություն ու ենթագիտակցություն։ Դա այն գործոնն ու միջավայրն է, որ պետությունը մեզանում և մեզ համար պետք է և կարող է դարձնել մտածելակերպ, ազգային մտածելակերպ։
1000 տարվա պետության տեսլականն այսօրվա մեր գործողության և մեր ապրած ժամանակի արժեքը խորությամբ և ամբողջությամբ գիտակցելու գործիք է, որովհետև այսօրն առաջիկա հազար տարվա ամենակարևոր ժամանակահատվածն է, ամենակարևոր պահը, առանց որի՝ առաջիկա հազար տարին չի կարող գոյություն ունենալ։ Ապագան առանց այսօրվա չի կարող գոյություն ունենալ, ահա թե ինչու է ապագան այսօր», – ասել է ՀՀ վարչապետը։
