ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Երեւան քաղաքի Աջափնյակ եւ Դավթաշեն վարչական շրջանների քննչական բաժնում քննվող քրեական գործով պարզվել են Կոտայքի մարզի  27-ամյա բնակիչ Մխիթարյանին Երեւանում սպանելու փորձ կատարելու դեպքի հանգամանքները: Առերեւույթ հանցագործություն կատարած անձին առաջադրվել է մեղադրանք։

ՀՀ Քննչական կոմիտեից հայտնում են, որ 2015 թվականի մայիսի 21-ին Մխիթարյանից գրավոր հաղորդում է ստացվել, որ  նույն օրը՝ ժամը 18:30-ին, իր կնոջ բնակարանում տեղի ունեցած վիճաբանության ընթացքում ոմն Դավթյան, գրպանից հանելով ծալովի դանակը, հարվածել է գոտկատեղին եւ ծնոտին` պատճառելով մարմնական վնասվածք:

Երեւան քաղաքի Աջափնյակ եւ Դավթաշեն վարչական շրջանների քննչական բաժնում հարուցված քրեական գործի նախաքննությամբ պարզվել է, որ տուժած քաղաքացին իր կնոջ բնակարանում 2015 թվականի մայիսի 21-ին հյուրընկալել է ընկերներին, որոնց թվում է եղել նաեւ 32-ամյա Դավթյանը:

Քննությամբ բավարար ապացույցներ են ձեռք բերվել, որ ժամը 19:00-ի սահմաններում առաջացել է վիճաբանություն, որի ժամանակ 32-ամյա տղամարդն իր մոտ գտնվող դանակով հարվածներ է հասցրել Մխիթարյանին` պատճառելով  կրծքավանդակի ձախ կեսի կտրած-ծակած արնահոսող, չթափանցող եւ կզակի կտրած-ծակած մարմնական վնասվածքներ, սակայն իր կամքից անկախ հանգամանքներում հանցանքն ավարտին չի հասցրել, քանի որ մյուս ընկերը միջամտել է վիճաբանությանը եւ ձեռքից վերցրել դանակը:

Մխիթարյանը դիմել է «Արմենիա» բժշկական կենտրոն եւ ստացել համապատասխան բժշկական օգնություն:

32-ամյա տղամարդուն մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել սպանության փորձի համար, ով ընդունել է առաջադրված մեղադրանքը եւ շարժառիթների վերաբերյալ տվել ցուցմունք։

Նշանակվել են դատաբժշկական եւ դատակենսաբանական փորձաքննություններ։ Նախաքննությունը շարունակվում է:
