Արա Ռոստոմյանն ազատ կարձակվի

44-օրյա պատերազմում զոհված հերոս Հակոբ Ռոստոմյանի հոր՝ Արա Ռոստոմյանի տնային կալանքի ժամկետը չի երկարաձգվի։ Երևանի առաջին ատյանի ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարանը, դատավոր Կարեն Ֆարխոյանի նախագահությամբ, մերժեց հանրային դատախազի ներկայացրած միջնորդությունը՝ ևս 3 ամսով երկարաձգել Ռոստոմյանի նկատմամբ կիրառված խափանման միջոց տնային կալանքը։
Պաշտպան Վահան Հովհաննիսյանը միջնորդեց տնային կալանքի փոխարեն կիրառել բացակայելու արգելքը։ Նշեց՝ Ռոստոմյանն օգոստոսի 26-ից՝ տնային կալանքի մեջ գտնվելով դատարանի թույլտվությամբ ամեն շաբաթ այցելել է «Եռաբլուր»՝ ընդ որում առանց ոստիկանների ուղեկցության, սակայն դրսևորել է պատշաճ վարքագիծ։ Ուստի որևէ պատճառ չկա Ռոստոմյանի նկատմամբ շարունակել տնային կալանքը։
Դատարանը որոշեց Ռոստոմյանի նկատմամբ սահմանել բացակայելու արգելք և վարչական հսկողություն, որոնք ուժի մեջ կմտնեն նոյեմբերի 25-ից, այսինքն՝ Ռոստոմյանի նկատմամբ ավելի վաղ կիրառված տնային կալանքի ժամկետը լրանալուց հետո։
«Վերջինս պարտավոր է չփոխել իր բնակության վայրը՝ առանց վարույթն իրականացնող մարմնի թույլտվության, յուրաքանչյուր օրը՝ 21։00-ից մինչև առավոտյան 8։00 չլքել բնակության տարածքը և շաբաթը մեկ անգամ գրանցվել պրոբացիայի ծառայությունում։ Դատարանը գտնում է, որ մեղադրյալի նկատմամբ նախորդ դատական նիստերում արձանագրված տնային կալանքի հիմքերը նվազել են, խոչընդոտելու հանգամանքն է առկա, դատարանի կողմից մատնանշված խափանման միջոցները կարող են ապահովել մեղադրյալի պատշաճ վարքագիծը»,- նշեց դատավոր Ֆարխոյանը։
Դատարանը նաև արգելեց Ռոստոմյանին մարդաշատ վայրեր այցելել։
Հիշեցնենք` Արա Ռոստոմյանը ևս անցնում է Բագրատ սրբազանի և նրա 17 կողմնակիցների գործով։ Ըստ ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի` «Սրբազան պայքար» շարժման մասնակիցները և ղեկավարները պլանավորել էին ՀՀ-ում իրականացնել ահաբեկչական և իշխանությունը զավթելուն ուղղված գործողություններ։
