Ուկրաինայի նախագահ Վլադիմիր Զելենսկին պաշտոնապես ստացել է ամերիկյան կողմից դիվանագիտական ջանքերի ակտիվացմանն ուղղված ծրագրի նախագիծը, հաղորդում է Ուկրաինայի ղեկավարի գրասենյակը։
