Տերնոպոլի վրա ռուսական հարվածի հետևանքով զոհերի թիվը հասել է 25-ի

Տերնոպոլի բնակելի շենքի վրա ռուսական հրթիռային հարվածի հետևանքով զոհերի թիվը հասել է 25-ի, որոնց թվում՝ երեք երեխա։ Դրա մասին հայտնել է Ուկրաինայի արտակարգ իրավիճակների պետական ծառայությունը։ Վիրավորների թիվը հասել է 73-ի, որոնց թվում՝ 15 երեխա։ Ավերված շենքի տեղում աշխատում է արտակարգ իրավիճակների պետական ծառայության՝ տարբեր շրջաններից ժամանած տասնչորս հոգեբան. 150 մարդ արդեն հոգեբանակաբ օգնություն է ստացել։ Փրկարարական գործողություններին մասնակցում է ավելի քան 160 մասնագետ, որոնց թվում՝ լեռնագնացներ և կինոլոգներ, ինչպես նաև մոտ 45 միավոր սարքավորում և ռոբոտացված համակարգեր։ Սակրավորներն արդեն ուսումնասիրել են տարածքը։
Ըստ Ուկրաինայի ռազմաօդային ուժերի՝ բնակելի բարձրահարկ շենքի վրա հարվածը հասցվել է ռուսական ռազմավարական ռմբակոծիչից արձակված Kh-101 հրթիռով։ Գերատեսչությունը նշել է, որ ռուսական թևավոր հրթիռը պարունակում էր ԱՄՆ-ի, Չինաստանի, Թայվանի, Գերմանիայի, Նիդեռլանդների և այլ երկրների ընկերությունների արտադրած բաղադրիչներ։
Ռուսական հարվածը Տերնոպոլի վրա նոյեմբերի 19-ին տեղի ունեցած զանգվածային հարձակման մի մասն էր, երբ Ուկրաինայի վրա արձակվեցին 476 անօդաչու թռչող սարք և տարբեր տեսակի 48 հրթիռ: Հարվածի հիմնական թիրախներն էին Լվովի, Իվանո-Ֆրանկովսկի և Տերնոպոլի արևմտյան շրջանները: Տերնոպոլի հարվածի հետևանքով մասնակիորեն փլուզվեց ինըհարկանի բնակելի շենք, իսկ մեկ այլ ինըհարկանի շենքում հրդեհ բռնկվեց։
Առավոտյան Ուկրաինայի ներքին գործերի նախարար Հերման Կլիմենկոն հայտնեց 10 զոհվածի և 37 վիրավորի մասին, որոնց թվում՝ 12 երեխա. 14:00-ի դրությամբ զոհերի թիվը հասել էր 20-ի: Տերնոպոլի քաղաքապետ Սերգեյ Նադալը նոյեմբերի 19-21-ը հայտարարել է սգո օրեր։
Տերնոպոլի ռազմական շրջանային վարչությունը հայտնել է, որ հարձակումից հետո օդում քլորի մակարդակը գերազանցել է վեցապատիկ թույլատրելի սահմանը: Բնակիչներին կոչ է արվել ամուր փակել պատուհանները և առանց անհրաժեշտության դուրս չգալ։
