«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.
Այս երկուշաբթի Երևանում կրիմինալ առումով հնչեղ դեպք արձանագրվեց. մեկը դիմակավորված ու զինված ներխուժել էր բանկերից մեկի մասնաճյուղ ու, «եթե փողերը չտաք, 20 վայրկյանում կտրաքացնեմ» գրությամբ սպառնալով, գումար էր պահանջել: Հետո տվյալ անձնավորությունը բանկից հափշտակել է 1 միլիոն դրամը գերազանցող գումար: Բայց ամենազավեշտականն այն է, որ նույն օրվա երեկոյան լուր տարածվեց, թե հակաօրինական արարք կատարողը Բագրատաշենի անցակետով արդեն լքել է Հայաստանի տարածքը:
Զուտ արձանագրենք, որ Երևանից Բագրատաշեն հասնելու համար առնվազն մի 3 ժամ պետք է: Գումարած, թե որքան ժամանակ էլ նա անցկացրել է բանկում:
Իսկ հիմա պատկերացնենք, որ այդ անձը (կամ մեկ այլ անձ) բանկ մտնելուց հետո ոչ թե գումար պահանջելու գրություն ունենար, այլ, ասենք, հակափաշինյանական կոչերով պաստառ: Կամ պատկերացնենք՝ իշխանությունների հասցեին մի թունդ բան գրած, բացականչած լիներ: Ճիշտ եք, առավելագույնը մի 10 րոպեի ընթացքում կհասնեին երփներանգ բերետավորներ, պարեկներ, օպերներ, ԱԱԾ-ի հատուկ ջոկատը՝ «դիմակներով» ու ինքնաձիգներով, նրան կփռեին ասֆալտին, կծեփեին պատերին: Ինչ Բագրատաշեն, բանկից դուրս գալ էլ չէր հասցնի:
Իսկ քանի որ նա «պարզապես» գումար է տարել բանկից, հանգիստ կարողացել է սահմանն անցնել, իսկ փաշինյանական իրավապահները կարողացել են միայն ճշտել, թե ով է նա: Դե, մեկ անգամ չէ, որ նշել ենք՝ Փաշինյանն ամեն ինչ արել է, որ այդ իրավապահ համակարգը իր բուն գործառույթները կատարելու առումով անպիտան ու անօգնական լինի ու գոյություն ունենա բացառապես մեկ անձի շահերը պաշտպանելու համար, իշխանության քաղաքական հակառակորդներին հետապնդելու, ճնշելու, բանտարկելու, լրտեսելու համար...
