Հրայր Կամենդատյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրել է․
Երևանում դեկտեմբերի 1-ը դարձել է կտրուկ անարդարության օր։
Նոր գույքահարկի դրույքաչափերով Կենտրոնում ապրող միայնակ թոշակառուների հուսահատության վրա ստեղծվել է սոցիալական զոռբայություն։
Միայն երկու սենյականոց բնակարանի համար մարդուց պահանջվում է տարեկան 400 հազար դրամ և ավելի։ Սա ոչ թե հարկ է, այլ բացահայտ ճնշում, որի տակ ամենածանր հարվածը ստանում են նրանք, ովքեր աշխատել են ամբողջ կյանքում ու հիմա ապրում են միայն թոշակով։
Ի՞նչ է ասում իշխանությունը․
«Վճարեք»։
Ի՞նչ է ասում իրականությունը․
Թոշակառուն չունի այդ գումարը, և իշխանությունը դա շատ լավ գիտի։
Եվ երբ մարդը չի կարող վճարել՝ գործի են դրվում պարտականությունները, ծանուցումները, և հետո՝ ԴԱՀԿ-ի վարույթը։
Սա արդեն մի բան, որը կոչվում է կենտրոնի բնակչության ցուցակով տեղահանում։
Մենք այսօր կանգնած ենք մի փաստի առաջ՝
1.Կենտրոնում ապրող տարեցները իրենց կամքով չեն տեղափոխվելու,
բայց հարկային քաղաքականությունն անում է ամեն ինչ՝ նրանց դուրս մղելու համար։
Հարցը շատ պարզ է.
Թոշակառուն ինչպե՞ս վճարի 400 հազար դրամ գույքահարկ, երբ իր ամսական թոշակը հազիվ է հասնում 40–50 հազար դրամի։
Այսինքն՝ պետությունը մեկ ամբողջ տարվա թոշակը վերցնում է մի հարկի դիմաց։
Սա սոցիալական քաղաքականություն չէ։
Սա քաղաքային ճնշում չէ։
Սա ուղղակի սոցիալական անողոքություն է, որը պետք է կանգ առնի։
Մենք պահանջում ենք՝
• Գույքահարկի անհապաղ վերանայում
• Թոշակառուների համար զեղչերի հատուկ կարգ
• Վճարումների պարտադիր գրաֆիկ՝ առանց տույժերի
• ԴԱՀԿ-ի վարույթների արգելում սոցիալապես խոցելի անձանց նկատմամբ
Այս պայքարը մի մարդու պայքար չէ։
Սա Երևանի Կենտրոնի հազարավոր բնակիչների պայքարն է՝ իրենց տան, իրենց իրավունքների, իրենց արժանապատվության համար։
Հայաքվեն առաջարկում է նաև
1.միայնակ թոշակառուին ազատել գույքահարկի պարտավորությունից
2. Եթե թոշակառուն ապրում է զավակների հետ, ապա հարկի հաշվարկի ընդհանուր բազան պակասեցնել' 30քմ չափով։
