Հայ-ամերիկյան խմբերի նպատակը Ռուսաստանին դուրս մղելն է

Հայ ամերիկյան աշխատանքային խմբերը սկսել են աշխատել վաշինգտոնյան համաձայնագրերի իրական իրականացման ու «Թրամփի ուղու» զարգացման համար։ Այս մասին հաղորդվել է Հայաստանի կառավարության տարածած հաղորդագրությունում՝ ԱՄՆ պետքարտուղարի տեղակալ Էլիսոն Հոքերի և Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի հետ հանդիպման վերաբերյալ։
Ըստ պաշտոնական աղբյուրների՝ ամերիկյան կողմից աշխատանքային խումբը կգլխավորի պետքարտուղարի տեղակալի օգնական Սոնատա Քալթերը, որը վերահսկում է Ռուսաստանի և Կենտրոնական Եվրոպայի քաղաքականությունը։ Պետքարտուղարությունից դեռ հոկտեմբերին էին հայտնել, որ ԱՄՆ կառավարությունը նախատեսում է մինչև տարվա վերջ առաջին աշխատանքային խմբերը ստեղծել Ադրբեջանի և Հայաստանի հետ։
Բուն Քալթերի նշանակումը այս պաշտոնին չափազանց տարօրինակ է։ Մինչ պաշտոնը ստանձնելը նա եղել է Ղրղըզստանում ԱՄՆ դեսպանատան գործերի ժամանակավոր հավատարմատարը և առաքելության ղեկավարի տեղակալը, նախկինում էլ՝ մինչև 2021 թ․-ին աշխատել է որպես քաղաքական խորհրդականի տեղակալ Մոսկվայում գտնվող դեսպանատանը։ Պաշտոններ է զբաղեցրել Ղրղըզստանում, Լիբերիայում, Եկատերինբուրգում։ Վաշինգտոնում էլ աշխատել է որպես Կովկասի օգնության համակարգող, հայտնի է հակառուսական ուղղվածությամբ և տարբեր համալսարաններում դասախոսություններ է կարդացել, թե Ռուսաստանը ԱՄՆ-ի համար մշտական ռազմավարական սպառնալիք է։
Ուշագրավ է, որ իր կարիերայի ընթացքում Սոնատա Քալթերի պաշտոնական և փորձագիտական ուղին երբևէ չի առնչվել Հարավային Կովկասին։ Փաստացի տիկինը որևէ բան տեղյակ չէ հարավկովկասյան իրողություններից, և ըստ էության, հայ-ամերիկյան աշխատանքային խմբի ղեկավար է նշանակում միայն մեկ նպատակով, տարածաշրջանում Ռուսաստանի ազդեցությունը նվազեցնելու համար։
Հայաստանն էլ այս առումով ընդամենը հարթակ է այդ քաղաքականությունը իրականացնելու համար։ Ու փաստացի Միացյալ Նահանգներն իրենց այս նշանակմամբ ապացուցում են, որ իրենց բուն նպատակը մեկն է՝ ամեն գնով տարածաշրջանից դուրս մղել Մոսկվային, իսկ «Թրամփի ուղու» տարփոխված տնտեսական և քաղաքական դիվիդենտները ընդամենը հասարակությանը շեղելու միջոց են։
