Ամերիկյան Chevron էներգետիկ ընկերությունը ուսումնասիրում է Lukoil-ի արտասահմանյան ակտիվները ձեռք բերելու հնարավորությունը, հաղորդում է Reuters-ը ՝ հղում անելով իր աղբյուրներին։
Նրանց տեղեկությունների համաձայն՝ Chevron-ը քննարկում է Lukoil-ի արտասահմանյան ակտիվների ձեռքբերման հնարավորությունը միայն այն ոլորտներում, որտեղ ընկերությունները համընկնում են։ Այլ տեղեկություններ չեն տրամադրվել։
Հոկտեմբերին ԱՄՆ-ն և Մեծ Բրիտանիան «Լուկոյլը» ներառեցին իրենց պատժամիջոցների ցուցակներում։ Հետագայում «Լուկoյլը» հայտարարեց իր միջազգային ակտիվները վաճառելու մտադրության մասին և միջազգային նավթային առևտրով զբաղվող «Գունվորից» առաջարկ ստացավ ձեռք բերելու «Լուկoյլ»-ն, որը տիրապետում է ռուսական ընկերության արտասահմանյան ակտիվներին։ Սակայն «Gunvor»-ն ավելի ուշ հայտարարեց, որ հետ է կանչել «Լուկoյլ»-ի արտասահմանյան ակտիվները գնելու իր առաջարկը՝ ԱՄՆ ֆինանսների նախարարության հայտարարությունից հետո, որում նշվում էր, որ մինչև Ուկրաինայում հակամարտության կարգավորումը «Gunvor»-ին չի տրամադրի գործունեություն ծավալելու և շահույթ ստանալու լիցենզիա։
