Իսկ Վաղարշակ Հարությունյանին իրավապահները հարցեր չունե՞ն. «Փաստ»

«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.
Ինչպես տեղեկացրել ենք, օրերս հայտնի դարձավ, որ «զինվորական քննչական գլխավոր վարչությունում ավարտվել է ԶՈՒ նախկին ԳՇ պետի առաջին տեղակալ Արշակ Կարապետյանի կողմից իշխանությունը չարաշահելու դեպքի առթիվ նախաձեռնված քրեական վարույթի նախաքննությունը»: Հիշեցնենք, որ խոսքն այն մասին է, թե իբր Արշակ Կարապետյանը մարտական դիրքերը թողնելու վերաբերյալ բանավոր հրաման է տվել, որի հետևանքով հակառակորդը 2021թ. մայիսի 17-ին դիրքավորվել է մարտական դիրքերում:
Այստեղ ուշագրավ է այն հանգամանքը, որ քրեական վարույթը նախաձեռնվել է ԳՇ պետի առաջին տեղակալի նկատմամբ, որն ի պաշտոնե ոչ մի իրավասություն չէր կարող ունենալ նման հրաման տալու, առավել ևս, որ նա այդ ժամանակ համակարգում էր թիկունքային աշխատանքները: Ավելին, այդ կարգի բանավոր հրաման տալու իրավունք որևէ մեկը չունի. անհրաժեշտ է ԳՇ պետի կամ պաշտպանության նախարարի հրամանը, այն էլ՝ գրավոր: Ի դեպ, այդ ժամանակ ԳՇ պետը եղել է Արտակ Դավթյանը, իսկ պաշտպանության նախարարը՝ Վաղարշակ Հարությունյանը: Հետաքրքիր է, որ ոլորտի գլխավոր պատասխանատուին, այսինքն՝ պաշտպանության նախարարին իրավապահները փաստորեն որևէ հարց չունեն, քանի որ խոսքը Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի «սրտի զինվորականի» մասին է: Ավելին, Վաղարշակ Հարությունյանը դրանից հետո մինչև 2024 թվականը զբաղեցրել է Ռուսաստանում Հայաստանի դեսպանի պաշտոնը: Փոխարենը քրեական վարույթ է նախաձեռնվել մի մարդու դեմ, որը, կրկնենք, ի պաշտոնե չէր կարող նման հրաման տալ:
Ի դեպ, հավելենք, որ մեզ հետ զրույցում Կարապետյանը նշել էր, որ ինքը երբեք, որևէ պարագայում հակառակորդին դիրք հանձնելու կամ հակառակորդի առաջխաղացման դեպքում չկրակելու ո՛չ գրավոր, ո՛չ բանավոր հրաման չի տվել:
