Ինչո՞ւ քաղաքացուն շան հետ չեն թողել բարձրանալ հանրային տրանսպորտ․ ի՞նչ է եղել

MediaHub-ը ահազանգեր է ստացել, որ թիվ 40 երթուղիում նոյեմբերի 10-ին քաղաքացին շան հետ ցանկացել է բարձրանալ հանրային տրանսպորտ, սակայն իր մուտքը սահմանափակվել է, նշել են, որ կենդանու հետ, անգամ փոքր, չի կարելի մուտք գործել հանրային տրանսպորտ։
Շան չափսը եղել է բավականին փոքր, սակայն, տիրոջը ավտոբուսի վարորդը հորդորել է իջնել հանրային տրանսպորտից։
MediaHub-ը փորձեց հասկանալ՝ ի՞նչ է եղել այդ օրը, ինչո՞ւ է հանրային տրանսպորտի վարորդը հորդորել իջնել քաղաքացուն հանրային տրանսպորտից, և ո՞վ էր մեղավոր այդ միջադեպում։
«Առհասարակ բեռների, տարբեր ծանրոցների, կենդանիների և թռչունների հանրային տրանպորտով տեղափոխելու վերաբերյալ հարցերը կարգավորվում են ավտոմոբիլային տրանսպորտի մասին ՀՀ օրենքով։ Այդ օրվա տեսագրություններն ուսումնասիրեցինք ձեր փոխանցած ահազանգից հետո, որ հասկանանք՝ որքանով համաչափ է եղել վարորդի պատասխանը, վարքագիծը։ Ավտոմոբիլային տրանսպորտի մասին օրենքի 23-րդ հոդվածով է կարգավորվում, որը ասում է՝ ուղևորը մեկ ուղետոմսով իր հետ կարող է բարձրացնել հանրային տրանսպորտ 60-40-20 չափսեր ունեցող ծանրոց, այդ թվում կենդանիներ ու մեկ ուրիշ հոդվածով նշվում է, որ կենդանիները պետք է լինեն հատուկ արկղով, թռչունները վանդակով և պարտադիր դնչկալով»,- MediaHub-ի հետ զրույցում նշեց «Երևանի ավտոբուս» ՓԲԸ-ի մամուլի խոսնակ Գեղամ Ասատրյանը։
Այդ օրենքը վերաբերվում է նաև փոքր կենդանիներին, այսինքն, փոքր կենդանիները հանրային տրանսպորտում անպայմանորեն պետք է լինեն դնչկալով։
«Տեսաձայնագրություններում երևում է, որ ուղևորի ձեռքին եղել է փոքր շուն, սակայն, առանց դնչկալի»,- նշեց Ասատրյանը։
Մեր տեղեկություններով՝ վարորդը նշել է, որ կենդանիներով չի կարելի բարձրանալ հանրային տրանսպորտ, ուղևորը իր հերթին նշել է, որ գիտի օրենքը և կենդանիների հետ կարելի է նտել հանրային տրանսպորտ, սակայն, քաղաքացին տեղյակ չէր, որ կենդանին պետք է լինի դնչկալով։
Ասատրյանը նշեց, որ վարորդը չի վիրավորել ուղևորին, խախտում չի արել, միայն նշել է, որ չի շարունակի երթևեկությունը մինչև ուղևորը չիջնի, որից հետո ուղևորն իջնում է հանրային տրանսպորտից։
