«Wizz Air» ավիաընկերությունը մոլորեցրել է օգտվողներին․ մանրամասներ

Wizz Air ավիաընկերությունը առաջարկել է մոլորեցնող բաժանորդագրություն, որից օգտվելիս բազմաթիվ ուղևորներ աշխարհի տարբեր երկրներից (նաև Հայաստանից) խոչընդոտներ են ունեցել ։
Իտալիայի մրցակցության և շուկայի պաշտպանության կարգավորող մարմինը (AUTORITÀ GARANTE DELLA CONCORRENZA E DEL MERCATO (AGCM)) տուգանել է Wizz Air ավիաընկերությանը՝ «All You Can Fly» բաժանորդագրության վերաբերյալ սխալ և ոչ ճշգրիտ պայմաններ ներկայացնելու համար, գրել են ԶԼՄ-ները։
Կարգավորող մարմինը հայտնել է, որ այդ քարոզարշավը մոլորեցրել է սպառողներին ու սխալ պատկերացում է տվել առաջարկի մասին։
Ըստ կառույցի՝ բաժանորդագրությունը ներկայացվում էր որպես «անսահմանափակ» հնարավորություն, որը փաստացի չի համապատասխանել իրականությանը, իրականում ներառել է թաքնված սահմանափակումներ, որոնք վերաբերել են ամրագրման ժամկետներին, տեղերի հասանելիությանը, երթուղիների տեսակին։
AGCM-ն հայտնել է, որ Առաջարկը ներկայացվել է որպես «անսահմանափակ թռիչքների» հնարավորություն ֆիքսված վճարի դիմաց, բայց իրականում սպառողներին նախապես չի մատուցվում ամբողջական տեղեկատվություն այն մասին, որ այդ բաժանորդագրությամբ հասանելի տոմսերի քանակը խիստ սահմանափակ է եղել։ Ամրագրումները թույլատրվել են միայն որոշակի օրերին, հատուկ կարգի ազատ տեղերի առկայության դեպքում միայն, որոշ ուղղություններ նաև բացառված են եղել փաթեթից։
Բացի այդ, Wizz Air ավիաընկերությունը հաճախորդներին տրամադրել է ոչ ամբողջական և երկիմաստ տեղեկատվություն, ինչի հետևանքով օգտվողները չեն կարողացել ճիշտ գնահատել առաջարկի բուն էությունը։ Ընկերության առաջարկի գովազդը ստեղծել է «ազատ և անսահմանափակ» թռիչքների տպավորություն, բայց իրական հնարավորությունները զգալիորեն սահմանափակ են եղել։ Մեծ թվով ուղևորներ աշխարհի տարբեր երկրներից փորձել են օգտվել ավիաընկերության «անսահմանափակ» ներկայացվող առաջարկից, բայց վճարելուց հետ բացահայտել են մոլորեցնող տեղեկատվություը։
Հաճախորդների բողոքներից հետո սկսվել է հետաքննություն։ Այն հաստատել է խախտումների համակարգային բնույթը և տեղեկատվական քարոզարշավի՝ թափանցիկության պահանջներին անհամապատասխանությունը։
