ՌԴ արտգործնախարար Սերգեյ Լավրովը նշել է, որ Նյուրնբերգյան տրիբունալի կողմից մշակված՝ մարդկության դեմ ուղղված հանցագործությունների վաղեմության ժամկետի բացակայության և նացիզմի արգելման սկզբունքները ներկայումս հաճախ խախտվում են, հաղորդում է ТАСС-ը։
«Նյուրնբերգյան դատավճռի առանձնահատուկ նշանակությունն այն է, որ այն սահմանեց վաղեմության ժամկետի բացակայություն մարդկության դեմ ուղղված հանցագործությունների, ցեղասպանության, ռազմական հանցագործությունների համար։ Նացիստական գաղափարախոսությունը, կուսակցությունը, ինչպես նաև ՍՍ, ՍԴ և այլ կառույցները, արգելվել են ընդմիշտ։ Ցավոք սրտի, այս դրույթները ներկայումս լուրջ փորձության են ենթարկվում և հաճախ խախտվում են», – նշել է նա «Նյուրնբերգ» վավերագրական ֆիլմի համար տրված հարցազրույցում, որը ցուցադրվել է «Россия-24» հեռուստաալիքով։
Նախարարը հիշեցրել է, որ Նյուրնբերգյան տրիբունալի որոշումը պարունակում է սկզբունքներ, որոնք առաջին անգամ ձևակերպվել են այդ գործընթացի ընթացքում։
«Դրանք հիմք են հանդիսացել ժամանակակից միջազգային իրավունքի համար։ Դրանք վերացրել են ուժի իրավունքը, ամրագրել են ցանկացած հակամարտության մեջ ուժային մեթոդների և հումանիտար սկզբունքների խախտման անթույլատրելիությունը», – պարզաբանել է Լավրովը։
Ինչպես նշել է դիվանագիտական գերատեսչության ղեկավարը, առավել կարևոր է պատժի անխուսափելիության սկզբունքը՝ ռազմական հանցագործությունների, ագրեսիայի, մարդկության դեմ ուղղված հանցագործությունների, ցեղասպանության համար, որը Նյուրնբերգյան գործընթացի ընթացքում արդեն ձևակերպվել է միջազգային, համընդհանուր մակարդակով։
«Այնուհետև դա օրգանապես արտացոլվել է ՄԱԿ-ում և այլ ձևաչափերում ընդունված բազմաթիվ կոնվենցիաների բովանդակության մեջ, – շարունակել է նա։ – Դա նաև արտացոլվել է միջազգային իրավունքի սկզբունքներում, որոնք հիմք են հանդիսացել ՄԱԿ-ի միջազգային իրավունքի հանձնաժողովի գործունեության համար։ ՄԱԿ-ի միջազգային դատարանն իր աշխատանքում մեծապես հաշվի է առնում Նյուրնբերգում արվածը», – հավելել է Լավրովը։
