Քրիս Ջենների ծննդյան օրը վերածվեց շքեղ ներկայացման, որը «բացարձակապես գոռում էր Քրիսի ստորագրության, անսահման շքեղության մասին», գրում է People-ը: Բյուջեի սահմանափակումներ, զսպվածություն՝ միայն շքեղություն, փայլ և մաքուր Հին Հոլիվուդյան էներգիա։
Տոնակատարությունը տեղի է ունեցել Բևեռլի Հիլզում՝ Ջեֆ Բեզոսի և Լորեն Սանչեսի տանը, և ոգեշնչված էր Ջեյմս Բոնդից ոգեշնչված գեղագիտությունից՝ 007 մարտինի, պոկերի և ռուլետկայի սեղաններ, բյուրեղապակյա ջահեր և ծաղիկներ՝ «պատից պատ»։

Քրիսն ինքը կրում էր կարմիր, ուսազարդ զգեստ՝ ծալքերով, թափանցիկ սև ձեռնոցներով և ադամանդե ականջօղերով՝ մաքուր վինտաժային Հոլիվուդ։
Ըստ լրատվամիջոցի՝ Քրիսի երեխաները ամիսներ շարունակ պատրաստել էին «ընտանեկան հատուկ անակնկալ»։ Ջենները անկեղծորեն ուրախ էր նշելու 70-ամյակը։ «Նա անհավատալի էներգիա ունի։ Դուք երբեք չեք կռահի, որ նա 70 տարեկան է»,-նշել է մեկ այլ աղբյուր։
