Կոտայքում հոկտեմբերի 12-ին չորս մարդու կյանք խլած տղամարդը, որը որսորդական հրացան է ունեցել, կարող է անմեղսունակ ճանաչվել և խուսափել պատասխանատվությունից։ ՔԿ-ից «Փաստինֆո»-ի հետ զրույցում հայտնեցին, որ քրեական վարույթի շրջանակներում անձի նկատմամբ նշանակվել է դատահոգեբուժական փորձաքննություն։

Թե ինչն է հիմք հանդիսացել նման փորձաքննությանը՝ նախաքննական մարմնից չեն պարզաբանել, բայց նշենք, որ սույն անձը, մեր տեղեկություններով,  վերջերս էր ստացել որսորդական հրացան կրելու թույլտվություն, ու հարց է առաջանում, եթե հոգեկան առողջության հետ կապված խնդիրներ են եղել, ապա ինչպես է նման թույլտվություն ստացել ոստիկանությունից։ ՔԿ-ից հարցին պատասխանելու համար գրավոր հարցում են խնդրել։ Ի դեպ, «Փաստինֆո»-ի տեղեկություններով՝ նշված անձը նաև քպական է։

Հիշեցնենք, որ  Կոտայքի մարզում տղամարդը նախ սպանել էր Արամուսի դաշտերում գազար հավաքող ամուսիններին, որոնց գտնվելու վայրը պարզել էր հեռախոսազանգի միջոցով, հետո էլ սպանել է մյուս զգույգին։ Ընդ որում՝ չարագործի զոհերից մեկը բնակվում էր արտերկրում և վերջերս էր եկել Հայաստան, իսկ դեպքի օրն էլ իր ծանոթի հետ գնացել էին բնության գրկում հանգստի։
