Եվրամիությունը մտադիր է վերացնել ապրանքների փոքր փաթեթների անմաքս ներմուծումն արդեն 2026 թվականից։
ԵՄ մի քանի երկրների ֆինանսների նախարարների մեծամասնությունը համատեղ նիստում քվեարկել է դրա օգտին, հայտնում է ԵՄ խորհուրդը:
Եթե կանոնակարգն ընդունվի, իսկ, ըստ զեկույցի, քաղաքական գործիչները ցանկանում են դրան հասնել արդեն 2026 թվականին, դա առաջին հերթին կազդի Shein-ի, Temu-ի, AliExpress-ի պես մանրածախ առցանց խանութների գործունեության վրա, նշում է Der Spiegel-ը։ Նախկինում Եվրահանձնաժողովը, որն առաջարկել էր փոփոխություններ մտցնել կանոնակարգերում, դրանց ուժի մեջ մտնելու տարեթիվը սահմանել էր 2028 թվականը։
Նորամուժությունը ենթադրում է, որ ԵՄ փոստով ներմուծվող 1 եվրոյից թանկ բոլոր ապրանքների համար մաքսատուրքեր կգանձվեն։ Եվրոպական սպառողների պաշտպանության ասոցիացիաները և տնտեսական կազմակերպությունները բազմիցս քննադատել են ԵՄ գործող մաքսային կանոնները, որոնք թույլ են տալիս անմաքս առաքել 150 եվրոյից պակաս արժողությամբ ապրանքներ։
Արդյունքում, ԵՄ ներմուծվող փոքր ծանրոցների մոտ 65%-ը փաստաթղթերում ցածր է գնահատվում՝ հարկերից խուսափելու համար: Ավելին, ԵՄ տվյալներով՝ մանրածախ առևտրով զբաղվողները բեռները «բաժանում» են մի քանի փոքր ծանրոցների, ինչը մեծացնում է շրջակա միջավայրի վրա վնասակար ազդեցությունը: Ընդ որում, մինչև 2024 թվականը ԵՄ-ում էլեկտրոնային առևտրի շրջանակում 150 եվրոյից պակաս արժողությամբ բոլոր բեռների 91%-ը ստացվել է Չինաստանից, ավելի վաղ հայտնել Եվրոպական հանձնաժողովը:
