Կառավարությունը հավանություն տվեց Արտադրական կեղտաջրերի նախնական մաքրմանը ներկայացվող պահանջները սահմանելու մասին որոշման նախագծին:
«Նախագծով սահմանված կեղտաջրերի նախնական մաքրմանը ներկայացվող պահանջները լիովին համահունչ են ԵՄ դիրեկտիվներին և, մասնավորապես, համաձայն Քաղաքային կեղտաջրերի մաքրման մասին դիրեկտիվի, արտադրական կեղտաջրերը, որոնք մտնում են ջրահեռացման համակարգեր և բնակավայրերի կեղտաջրերի մաքրման կայաններ, պետք է ենթարկվեն այնպիսի նախնական մաքրման, որպեսզի՝
1. չվնասվեն ջրահեռացման համակարգերը, կեղտաջրերի մաքրման կայանները և հարակից սարքավորումները,
2. չխոչընդոտեն կեղտաջրերի մաքրման կայանի շահագործումը և տիղմի մարքումը:
Համաձայն արդյունաբերական արտանետումների վերաբերյալ դիրեկտիվի՝ եթե արտադրական օբյեկտը կոլեկտորով է միանում քաղաքային մաքրման կայանին, անհրաժեշտ է նախնական մաքրում, եթե կեղտաջրերը կարող են վնասել կամ ծանրաբեռնել կայանը և եթե կան վտանգավոր նյութեր»,- ասաց ՇՄ նախարար Համբարձում Մաթևոսյանը:
Նա նշեց, որ նախագծով նախատեսվում են հետևյալ հիմնական դրույթները.
«Եթե արտադրական կեղտաջրերի արտանետումն իրականացվում է կենտրոնացված ջրահեռացման համակարգով, ապա համակարգը պետք է ունենա բավարար թողունակություն, և կեղտաջրերի որակը պետք է համապատասխանի կեղտաջրերի ջրահեռացման համակարգի արտանետման պահանջներին:
2026 թվականի հուլիսի 1-ից չի թույլատրվելու արտադրական կեղտաջուր արտանետողներին վերոնշյալ պահանջներին չհամապատասխանող կեղտաջրերն առանց նախնական մաքրում իրականացնելու արտանետել կենտրոնացված ջրահեռացման համակարգ:
Նշեմ, որ արտադրական կեղտաջուր արտանետողները նախնական մաքրումը պետք է իրականացնեն տեղային մաքրման կառուցվածքներում իրենց միջոցների հաշվին, և տեղային մաքրման կառուցվածքների նախագծումը պետք է իրականացվի մասնագիտական կազմակերպությունների կողմից:
