Ազգային ժողովի պատգամավոր Գեղամ Մանուկյանի՝ այսօր ԱԺ ամբիոնից հնչեցրած սխալ պնդումներից մեկին կանդրադառնանք: Նման հայտարարություն է տաարածել Պաշտպանության նախարարությունը։
 
«Բուժակների համահայկական ասոցիացիան, որի բարձրաձայնած այսպես կոչված խնդիրներին անդրադառնում էր պատգամավորը, չնայած այն հանգամանքին, որ ունի կարգախոս՝ «Միշտ բանակի կողքին», իր ստեղծման օրից մինչև հիմա, երբևէ, ո՛չ որպես կազմակերպություն, ո՛չ որպես նրա անդամ, բանակի վերաբերյալ որևէ հարցով ՊՆ իրավասու ստորաբաժանումներին չեն դիմել։ Նշված կազմակերպությունը կամ դրա անդամներից որևէ մեկը երբևէ հանդես չեն եկել որևէ առաջարկով, խնդրի քննարկման նախաձեռնությամբ կամ պարզաբանում ստանալու խնդրանքով՝ ի տարբերություն նմանատիպ բազմաթիվ հասարակական կազմակերպությունների։
 
Զինված ուժերի թե՛ հոսպիտալային, թե՛ զորամասային օղակներում դեղորայքով և բժշկական նշանակության այլ նյութական միջոցներով ապահովվածությունն իրականացվում է պլանավորված կարգով։ Այդ գործընթացի շրջանակում դեղորայքը ձեռք է բերվում, պահպանվում և զորամասերին հատկացվում բացառապես պիտանիության բավարար ժամկետով։ Զորամասերի բժշկական ծառայություններում, որտեղ օգտագործվում է հատկացված դեղորայքը, լիովին բացառված է պիտանիությունը սպառած ժամկետով դեղորայքի տրամադրումը զինծառայողներին կամ դրանցով բուժման կազմակերպումը։
 
Տարբեր պատճառներով (համաճարակային կայուն իրավիճակ, կանխարգելիչ աշխատանքների արդյունքում արձանագրված հիվանդացության ցածր մակարդակ և այլն) զորամասերի բուժկետերում առկա որոշ դեղեր, որոնք պարտադիր պետք է մշտապես գտնվեն պահեստում՝ անհրաժեշտության դեպքում կիրառելու համար, կարող են ծախսվել կանխատեսվածից քիչ կամ ընդհանրապես չծախսվել (օրինակ՝ դեղարկղերում առկա ուժեղ ցավազրկողներ, վիրակապական նյութեր և այլն)։ Այդ պարագայում ժամկետը սպառած դեղորայքը վերադարձվում է, փոխարինվում նոր ժամկետով դեղորայքով, իսկ ժամկետը սպառած դեղորայքը սահմանված կարգով խոտանում է լիցենզավորված կազմակերպությունը։
 
Զինված ուժերի զորային բժշկական ծառայությունում կիրառվող տրանսպորտային միջոցները շտապօգնության մեքենաներ չեն, այլ բարձր անցողունակությամբ սանիտարական տրանսպորտային միջոցներ, որոնք նախատեսված են բանակային դիրքերից կամ զորամասերից տուժածների և հիվանդների տեղափոխությունը որակավորված բուժօգնության փուլեր (հոսպիտալներ, քաղաքացիական կամ մարզային բուժհաստատություններ) արագ կազմակերպելու համար։
 
Զորամասերի բուժծառայությունների ավտոտրանսպորտային պարկը պարբերաբար թարմացվում է, փոխարինվում ավելի հարմարավետ մեքենաներով։ Մինչև տարեվերջ նախատեսվում է զորամասերին բաշխել ևս 30 սանիտարական ավտոմեքենա, իսկ 2026 թվականին նախատեսվում է զորային բժշկական ծառայությունը համալրել զրահապատ սանիտարական նոր մեքենաներով։
 
Հավելենք նաև, որ պաշտպանության նախարարությունը մշտապես բաց  է ցանկացած բարձրացված խնդրի վերաբերյալ քննարկումների, ճշտում-ճշգրտումների, պարզաբանումների, ինչպես նաև դրանք լուծելու համար»,-նշում են գերատեսչությունից:
