ՄԻԵԴ–ը երկարաձգել է Բաքվում պահվող հայ գերիների մասին տեղեկություններ տրամադրելու ժամկետը

Մարդու իրավունքների եվրոպական դատարանը երկարաձգել է Ադրբեջանում պահվող անձանց վերաբերյալ տեղեկություններ ներկայացնելու համար սահմանված ժամկետը. Սպուտնիկ Արմենիային այս մասին հայտնել են Միջազգային իրավական հարցերով ներկայացուցչի գրասենյակից` պատասխանելով գրավոր հարցմանը։
Ավելի վաղ տեղեկացրել էինք, որ ՄԻԵԴ-ն Ադրբեջանից պահանջել է Բաքվի բանտերում պահվող 23 հայ գերիների պահման և առողջական վիճակի մասին հաշվետվություն ներկայացնել՝ վերջնաժամկետ սահմանելով նոյեմբերի 4-ը։
«Եվրոպական դատարանը նոյեմբերի 7-ին երկարաձգել է սահմանված ժամկետը։ Ըստ այդմ` Ադրբեջանի կողմից համապատասխան տեղեկությունները Եվրոպական դատարան կներկայացվեն մինչև սույն թվականի նոյեմբերի 18-ը։ Հաշվի առնելով վերագրյալը՝ այս պահի դրությամբ ՀՀ կառավարությանը հասանելի չէ հայցվող տեղեկությունը»,- հայտնել են գրասենյակից։
Միևնույն ժամանակ հավելել են, որ Եվրոպական դատարանի կողմից քննարկվող տեղեկատվությունը ՀՀ կառավարությանը տրամադրելու պայմաններում այն կարող է ենթակա չլինել հրապարակման. նման պարագայում հաշվի է առնվում այդ տեղեկություններում որոշ տվյալների պաշտպանության հնարավոր անհրաժեշտության հանգամանքը։
Հիշեցնենք, որ Բաքվի բանտերում գտնվող հայ գերիներն ավելի քան 4 ամիս է՝ հայտնվել են կատարյալ մեկուսացման մեջ. որևէ միջազգային անկախ կառույց նրանց չի տեսակցել։ Նրանց պահման, առողջական և հոգեբանական վիճակի մասին տեղեկություններ չկան։
Բաքուն պաշտոնապես հաստատում է 23 հայերի գերեվարման փաստը, որոնցից 17-ն այնտեղ են հայտնվել Արցախի դեմ Ադրբեջանի սեպտեմբերյան ագրեսիայից հետո:
Նրանց թվում են Արցախի ռազմաքաղաքական ղեկավարության ներկայացուցիչները` Արցախի նախկին պետնախարար, բարերար Ռուբեն Վարդանյանը, ՊԲ նախկին հրամանատար Լևոն Մնացականյանը, ՊԲ հրամանատարի նախկին տեղակալ Դավիթ Մանուկյանը, Արցախի նախկին արտգործնախարար Դավիթ Բաբայանը, ԼՂ ԱԺ նախագահ Դավիթ Իշխանյանը, Արցախի նախկին նախագահներ Արկադի Ղուկասյանը, Բակո Սահակյանն ու Արայիկ Հարությունյանը։
