Մանր «քցոցիներ», պարտքեր․ Հարություն Մկրտչյանին մի քանի անգամ դատի են տվել․ Yerkir.am

Պարզվում է՝ Վաղարշապատի համայնքապետի թեկնածու Հարություն Մկրտչյանը տարիներ շարունակ ներգրավված է եղել դատական քաշքշուկների մեջ։ Դատարանների հրապարակած վճիռները ցույց են տալիս, որ Մկրտչյանը չի մարել իր պարտքերը տարբեր կազմակերպությունների նկատմամբ։ Մասնավորապես, «Արդշինբանկ» ՓԲԸ-ն և «ՄՏՍ Հայաստան» (Vivacell-MTS) ընկերությունը դիմել են դատարան, քանի որ նա հրաժարվել է վերադարձնել վերցրած գումարները։ 

Մկրտչյանի դեմ առնվազն 3 դատական հայց կա՝ պարտքերը չմարելու պահանջով։ Այսինքն՝ մարդը, ով այսօր խոսում է հանրային ծառայության ու պատասխանատվության մասին, տարիներ շարունակ չի կատարել սեփական պարտավորությունները՝ թողնելով չմարված վարկեր, տույժեր ու պարտքեր։  Դատական ակտերով հաստատված է, որ նա, ժողովրդական լեզվով ասված, զբաղվել է մանր «քցոցիներով», խուսափելով վճարումներից և անտեսելով բանկային պայմանագրերը։ 

Այժմ կոստյում հագած Հարություն Մկրտչյանը փորձում է վաղարշապատցիներին համոզել, որ ինքը լավագույնս կարող է ղեկավարել Վաղարշապատը։ Ավելին, Մկրտչյանը բացահայտորեն աշխատում է ՔՊ-ի համար։ Այնպես, ինչպես Հարություն Մկրտչյանին ներկայացնող ուժի ղեկավարը՝ Վազգեն Սարգսյանի կյանքի ձեռքբերում Արցախը հանձնած Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի հետ քիրվայություն անող Արամ Սարգսյանը։ Քաղաքացիների հետ զրույցում Հարություն Մկրտչյանը հայտարարում է, թե, իբր, ՔՊ-ն է միանալու իրեն։ Այսինքն, փաստացի ընդունում է, որ միավորվելու է իշխող ուժի հետ։

Իսկ որ Արամ Զավենի Սարգսյանի միջամտությունը Վաղարշապատի ընտրություններին ոչ այլ ինչ է, քան Փաշինյանի պրոյեկտ, իսկ Հարություն Մկրտչյանն էլ իշխող ուժի կցորդ է, դա պարզ է անգամ Էջմիածնում հասակ առած խաշած հավին։ Հարություն Մկրտչյանի թեկնածությունն այլ բան չէ, քան իշխող թիմի հերթական փորձը՝ ձևականորեն «անկախ» թեկնածու հանդես եկողի միջոցով փորձել վերահսկել համայնքային ընտրությունները։ 

Հարություն Մկրտչյանին ձայն տալն իրականում նույնն է, ինչ ձայն տալ ՔՊ-ին՝ այնպես, ինչպես դա եղավ Երևանի ավագանու ընտրությունների ժամանակ, երբ «Հանրապետություն» կուսակցությունը վերջում կոալիցիա կազմեց ՔՊ-ի հետ, և Տիգրան Ավինյանը դարձավ քաղաքապետ։ 

Իսկ վաղարշապատցուն կարող է հետաքրքրել մի պարզ հարց․ պարտքերով, մանր «քցոցիների» պատճառով դատական քաշքշուկների մեջ հայտնված, իսկ այժմ էլ Մայր Աթոռի դեմ ելած Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի թուրքամետ իշխանության պրոյեկտ հանդիսացող մարդը կարող է՞ Էջմիածնի ղեկավար լինել։
