- Թարմ անանուխի մի քանի կաթիլ
Մանր կտրատեք կաղամբը, տանձը, նեխուրը, կոճապղպեղն ու ամբողջը լցրեք բլենդերի մեջ: Ավելացրեք մեկ բաժակ ջուրն ու լավ խառնեք: Ավելացրեք կիտրոնի հյութն ու մնացած ջուրը, ավելացրեք նաև անանուխի տերևները: Կրկին միացրեք բլենդերն ու մի քանի րոպե լավ հարեք: Ըմպելիքը պատրաստ է: Օրական 2 անգամ՝ առավոտյան և երեկոյան, խմեք այս հյութը:
