«Զանգեզուրի միջանցքի»  և Ալիջանի սահմանային անցակետի նախագծերը կվերաիմաստավորեն Թուրքիայի դերը տարածաշրջանային առևտրային ցանցում։ Դրա մասին հայտարարել է Թուրքիայի տրանսպորտի և ենթակառուցվածքների նախարար Աբդուլքադիր Ուրալօղլուն։

Նա նշել է, որ այսպես կոչված «Զանգեզուրի միջանցքն» ուղղակիորեն կկապի Թուրքիան և Ադրբեջանը՝ ստեղծելով նոր առևտրային երթուղի Ասիայից դեպի Եվրոպա։

«Դա կկրճատի հեռավորությունները, կնվազեցնի ծախսերը և կամրապնդի Թուրքիայի տարածաշրջանային առևտրային հզորությունը»,- ասել է թուրք նախարարը։

Ուրալօղլուն հայտնել է, որ նախապատրաստական ​​աշխատանքներ են սկսվել հայ-թուրքական սահմանին տեղակայված Ալիջանի սահմանային անցակետում։

 «Մենք ավարտել ենք մեր ծրագրերը, դրանց թվում՝ կամրջի ներկայիս վիճակի գնահատումը և դրա վերակառուցումը։ Արագորեն շարժվում ենք դեպի կոնսենսուս՝ Ադրբեջանի և Հայաստանի հետ։ Խաղաղության գործընթացի ավարտից հետո Ալիջանի անցակետը ևս կբացվի»,- հավելել նա։

Նախարարը հայտնել է նաև Ադրբեջանի և Հայաստանի նախարարների հետ հանդիպման մասին։

«Այստեղ լուրջ կարգավորման գործընթաց է ընթանում։ Այլ կերպ ասած, Հայաստանի վարչապետը ցուցաբերում է զգալի նախաձեռնողականություն և լուրջ ռիսկերի է դիմում։ Մենք ուշադիր հետևում ենք այդ գործընթացին։ Պատրաստել ենք կոնկրետ ծրագրեր, ներառյալ՝ Ալիջանի սահմանային դարպասի մոտ կամրջի ներկայիս վիճակի գնահատումը և նորի կառուցումը»,- նշել է Ուրալօղլուն։

«Մենք բառացիորեն արագորեն շարժվում ենք դեպի Ադրբեջանի, Հայաստանի և Թուրքիայի միջև կոնսենսուսի։ Երբ դա Աստծո կամքով տեղի ունենա, մենք այդ դուռն էլ կբացենք»,- ասել է նա։

Ըստ նախարարի՝ այդ զարգացումը կբարձրացնի «Զանգեզուրի միջանցքի» արդյունավետությունը և ավելի արդյունավետ կդարձնի Չինաստանից Մեծ Բրիտանիա առևտրային ուղին։

Նա հավելել է, որ Կարս-Իգդիր-Արալիկ-Դիլուջու երկաթուղու կառուցումը կկապի «Զանգեզուրի միջանցքը» և կամրապնդի Միջին (Անդրկասպյան) տրանսպորտային միջանցքը։

 «Կարս-Իգդիր-Դիլուջու գիծը ամենակարևոր նախագծերից մեկն է, որը կձևավորի ոչ միայն Թուրքիայի, այլև ամբողջ Հարավային Կովկասի և Եվրասիայի ապագան»,- ընդգծել է Ուրալօղլուն։

Նախարարը նշել է նաև, որ «Զարգացման ճանապարհային նախագիծը» (Development Road Project), որը մեծ հետաքրքրություն է առաջացրել եվրոպական երկրների շրջանում, կապահովի անխոչընդոտ ճանապարհային և երկաթուղային մուտք դեպի բոլոր եվրոպական երկրներ՝ Բասրայի Ֆաո նավահանգստից մինչև Լոնդոն։

«Այս ռազմավարական միջանցքը կկրճատի համաշխարհային առևտրային ուղիները, կբարձրացնի Թուրքիայի լոգիստիկ ներուժը և կամրապնդի տարածաշրջանային տնտեսական ինտեգրացիան»,- նշել է նա։
