Քսանմեկամյա աղջիկը մեղադրվում է 64 տարեկան տղամարդուց շորթում կատարելու մեջ

ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Կոտայքի մարզային քննչական վարչությունում քննվող քրեական գործով մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել 21-ամյա բնակչուհուն՝ արատավորող տեղեկություններ հրապարակելու սպառնալիքով նույն մարզի բնակչից շորթում կատարելու համար։
Ինչպես տեղեկացրին ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի դեպարտամենտի տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնիÖ , քննությամբ պարզվել է, որ 21-ամյա աղջիկը 2014թ. սեպտեմբեր-հոկտեմբերին ինտիմ հարաբերություններ է ունեցել Կոտայքի մարզի 1951թ. ծնված բնակչի հետ։ Նշված հարաբերությունները հավաստող տեսաձայնագրություններն աղջիկը 2014 թվականի հոկտեմբերի վերջերին ներկայացրել է զուգընկերոջը և դրանք չհրապարակելու համար նրանից և վերջինիս որդուց պահանջել ու ստացել է 800 հազար ՀՀ դրամ, ինչի դիմաց գրավոր պարտավորվել է ոչնչացնել տեսանկարահանումները։
Գումար շորթելու երկրորդ դեպքը տեղի է ունեցել 2015 թվականի հունիսի սկզբներին. նույն տեսաձայնագրությունները հրապարակելու սպառնալիքով աղջիկն այս անգամ տղամարդուց պահանջել է առաձնապես խոշոր չափի գումար՝ 20 հազար ԱՄՆ դոլար, ինչի մասին տղամարդը գրավոր հաղորդում է ներկայացրել իրավապահ մարմիններին։
Քննությամբ բավարար ապացույցներ են ձեռք բերվել, որ շորթման առաջին դրվագն աղջիկը կատարել է մոր հետ միասին։
Նախաքննությամբ ձեռք բերված ապացույցների համակցությամբ՝ 21-ամյա աղջկան մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել շորթման համար երկու դրվագով՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 182-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 2-րդ և 3.1 կետերի,182-րդ հոդվածի 3-րդ մասի 2-րդ կետի հատկանիշներով: Նրա նկատմամբ որպես խափանման միջոց է կիրառվել կալանավորումը։
Քննությունը շարունակվում է, միջոցներ են ձեռնարկվում՝ քրեական գործի բազմակողմանի, լրիվ և օբյեկտիվ քննությունն ապահովելու ուղղությամբ։ Ենթադրյալ հանցանքի մեջ կասկածվողը կամ մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ, քանի դեռ նրա մեղավորությունն ապացուցված չէ ՀՀ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգով` դատարանի` օրինական ուժի մեջ մտած դատավճռով:
