«Բանակում ատեստացիայի արդյունքում հավելյալ գումարներ ստացող զինծառայողների վերաբերյալ, օրեր առաջ, պաշտպանության նախարարը ցուցանիշներ էր ներկայացրել, որտեղ երևում էր, թե շարքային անձնակազմի պայմանագրայիններն, ըստ գնահատականների, որքան աշխատավարձ են ստանում:

Ըստ ՊՆ-ի, ատեստացիայի արդյունքում 3513 շարքային-պայմանագրայիններ տարբեր չափի հավելավճարներ է ստանում:
Ճիշտ է` զինված ուժերի ընդհանուր թիվը հույժ գաղտնի տեղեկություն է, սակայն մարտական հերթապահության զորամասերի, Ադրբեջանի հետ մեր ունեցած առաջնագծի երկարության մասին նույնիսկ նվազագույն պատկերացումներ ունեցող մարդիկ հասկանում են չէ՞, թե բանակի շարքային-պայմանագրայինների հաստիքացուցակում ինչպիսի փոքր տոկոս է կազմելու 3513 թիվը:
Այս համատեքստում, բնականաբար, չի ասվում, որ զորքերում շարքային-պայմանագրայինների աշխատավարձը սկսվում է 120-130 հզ. դրամից:
Նաև հիշեցնեմ, որ մոտավոր գնահատականներով, ԶՈւ անձնակազմի կեսը կամ նույնիսկ դրանից ավելին, տարբեր պատճառներով ատեստացիա հանձնելու հնարավորություն չունեն, իսկ ատեստացիայի քննություններին մասնակցողների 40%-ից ավելին դրա նվազագույն շեմը չի հաղթահարում:
