«Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթը գրում է. «Երեկ ՀՀ-ում հավատարմագրված Եվրամիության անդամ երկրների դիվանագիտական ներկայացուցիչները հանդիպել են ՀՀ չորս բարձրաստիճան պաշտոնյաների հետ: Հարց է առաջանում՝ ինչո՞ւ էր անհրաժեշտ, որ նույն մարդկանց ասելիքը նույն օրը հնչեր չորս տարբեր հանդիպումներում։
ԱԺ նախագահ Ալեն Սիմոնյանը Ազգային ժողովում ընդունեց նույն դեսպաններին:
Առանձին հանդիպմամբ ԵՄ նույն դեսպաններին խորհրդարանում ընդունեց նաեւ ԱԺ փոխխոսնակ Ռուբեն Ռուբինյանը:
Իսկ ՀՀ արտգործնախարարությունում ՀՀ ԱԳ նախարարի տեղակալ Վահան Կոստանյանը դարձյալ հանդիպեց նույն դեսպանների հետ:
Պաշտոնական հաղորդագրությունները «ժլատ» էին այս առումով. «Հանդիպման ընթացքում քննարկվել են Հայաստանի եւ Եվրոպական միության, ինչպես նաեւ Հայաստանի եւ ԵՄ անդամ երկրների միջեւ ընդլայնվող երկկողմ օրակարգին առնչվող մի շարք հարցեր, վիզաների ազատականացման գործընթացի շրջանակներում տեղի ունեցած զարգացումները, մասնավորապես՝ ՀՀ-ԵՄ վիզաների ազատականացման գործողությունների ծրագրի` հնարավորինս սեղմ ժամկետներում իրականացումը»:
Կարելի է ասել, որ Հայաստանի բարձրաստիճան պաշտոնյաների օրակարգը գրեթե ամբողջությամբ նվիրված էր դիվանագիտական շփումներին:
Այս 4 հանդիպումները հասարակական եւ փորձագիտական շրջանակում առաջացրել են որոշակի մտահոգություններ։ Մասնավորապես, շրջանառվում են տեսակետներ, թե նման ակտիվ դիվանագիտական շփումները կարող են կապված լինել տարածաշրջանային նոր լարվածության եւ այն փաստի հետ, որ Խաղաղության հռչակագրի՝ օգոստոսի 8-ին ստորագրված դրույթներից որոշ կետեր վտանգված են Ադրբեջանի գործողությունների հետեւանքով. եւ այս ահազանգերը հնչեցնելու խնդիր ուներ իշխանությունը:
Այս կապակցությամբ «Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթը կապ հաստատեց ԱԺ փոխնախագահ Ռուբեն Ռուբինյանի հետ՝ պարզելու՝ արդյոք նույն օրն անցկացված բազմաշերտ հանդիպումները պայմանավորված են խաղաղության գործընթացի շուրջ առաջացած խնդիրներով։
Ռուբինյանը, սակայն, հերքեց հանրային դաշտում շրջանառվող մտահոգությունները՝ նշելով, որ դիվանագիտական ներկայացուցչությունների հետ շփումները սովորական են «Հանդիպումները պարբերական են, դրանք տեղի են ունեցել նաեւ նախկինում: Այստեղ որեւէ արտառոց կամ մտահոգիչ բան չկա»,- նշեց ԱԺ փոխնախագահը՝ ընդգծելով, որ խաղաղության օրակարգը մնում է կառավարության առաջնահերթությունը»։
