Նեթանյահուի մտերիմ դաշնակիցը՝ Իսրայելի ռազմավարական հարցերով նախարարը, հրաժարական է տվել

Իսրայելի ռազմավարական հարցերով նախարար Ռոն Դերմերը հրաժարականի դիմում է ներկայացրել վարչապետ Բենիամին Նեթանյահուին, հաղորդում է Times of Israel-ը։
Անցյալ շաբաթ Times of Israel-ը հայտնել էր, որ Դերմերը հրաժարական կտա այս շաբաթ՝ իր պարտականությունների մի մասը փոխանցելով ԱՄՆ-ում Իսրայելի դեսպան Եչիել Լեյտերին։
Հրաժարականի դիմումում Դերմերը նշել է, որ երբ 2022 թվականի դեկտեմբերին միացել է կառավարությանը, իր ընտանիքին խոստացել է, որ նախարարի պաշտոնում կծառայի ընդամենը երկու տարի։ Նա հավելել է, որ երկու անգամ, ընտանիքի օրհնությամբ, երկարաձգել է իր լիազորությունների ժամկետը։
«Առաջին անգամ՝ ձեզ հետ [Նեթանյահուի] համագործակցելու համար՝ Իրանի միջուկային կարողություններից բխող գոյության սպառնալիքը լուծելու համար, իսկ երկրորդ անգամ՝ Իսրայելի պայմաններով Գազայում պատերազմը դադարեցնելու և մեր պատանդներին տուն վերադարձնելու համար»,- ասվում է նրա հայտարարության մեջ։
Դերմերը շնորհակալություն է հայտնել Նեթանյահուին ծառայելու հնարավորության համար։
«Այս կառավարությունը կհիշվի թե՛ հոկտեմբերի 7-ի հարձակմամբ, թե՛ հաջորդող երկամյա պատերազմի յոթ ճակատում կառավարմամբ։ Ես չգիտեմ, թե ինչ է սպասվում ապագայում, բայց մի բան հաստատ է. իմ բոլոր գործողություններում ես կշարունակեմ ներդրում ունենալ հրեա ժողովրդի ապագայի գործում»,- նշել է նա:
ԱՄՆ-ում ծնված Դերմերը համարվում է Նեթանյահուի ամենամոտ խորհրդականը և զբաղվում է դիվանագիտական հարցերի լայն շրջանակով, որոնց թվում՝ Միացյալ Նահանգների հետ հարաբերություններով, Գազայի պատերազմի ժամանակ պատանդների հետ կապված բանակցություններով և արաբ հարևանների հետ Իսրայելի հարաբերություններով։
Ըստ հարցին ծանոթ աղբյուրի՝ կառավարությունը լքելուց հետո Դերմերը կշարունակի զբաղվել որոշակի հարցերով, ինչպիսիք են Աբրահամի համաձայնագրերի ընդլայնման ջանքերը, և կծառայի որպես Նեթանյահուի հատուկ դեսպան։
Այնուամենայնիվ, Թրամփի վարչակազմի հետ հարաբերություններն վերաբերող լրացուցիչ պարտականությունները կփոխանցվեն Լեյտերին, որը Վաշինգտոնում կմնա դեսպան։
