«Դիլի»–ն լավագույն կաթնամթերքի ընկերությունն է

Արդեն 3-րդ տարին «Որակի նշան» ընկերության կողմից իրականցված բազմաթիվ լաբորատոր փորձաքննությունների, կույր համտեսների արդյունքում ամենաորակյալ և էկոլոգիապես մաքուր կաթնամթերք անվանակարգում բացարձակ հաղթող է ճանաչվել «Դիլի» կաթնամթերքի ընկերությունը։
Ստուգումներին մասնակացել են «Դիլի», «Երեմյաններ», «Մարիաննա», «Բոնիլաթ» և «Մարիլլա» ընկերությունները։
Վերջին 2 տարիներին մրցանակաբաշխությունները տեղի են ունեցել Հայաստանում, Դուբայում, իսկ այս անգամ՝ Մոնակոյում։ «Մրցանակն իսկապես պարտավորեցնող է։ Մենք շարունակելու ենք հայ ազգաբնակչությանը մատակարարել 100% անարատ, առանց որևէ հավելումների կաթնամթերք։ Սննդարար, անարատ, բարձրորակ, վիտամիններով հարուստ՝ սրանք այն անվանակարգերն են, որոնք դրված են «Դիլի» ապրանքանիշի կաթնամթերքի արտադրության հիմքում»։ - նշում է Դիլի ընկերության ներկայացուցիչը։
«Դիլի»–ն երբեք չի սահմանափակվում գրանցած հաջողություններով՝ մշտապես կատարելագործելով տեխնոլոգիան և սարքավորումները։ Առաջիկայում նախատեսվում է կառուցել ավելի հզոր և ժամանակակից տեխնոլոգիաներով հագեցած գործարան և անասնագոմեր, որոնք թույլ կտան բավարարել անգամ ամենաքմահաճ սպառողի պահանջները։
«Դիլի» կաթնամթերքը չի պարունակում հավելումներ, ներկանյութեր, կոնսերվանտներ, յուղի փոխարինիչներ, հակաբիոտիկներ, օսլա և այլն։ Չի օգտագործվում նույնիսկ կաթի փոշի։ Շուկայում զբաղեցրած դիրքը խոսում է մրցակցադիմացկուն և առաջատար լինելու մասին։ Հիշեցնենք, որ Հայաստանում առաջինն է արտադրել «Մոցարելլա» պանիրը, որն արժանացել է բազմաթիվ մրցանակների։
«Դիլի»–ն ճանաչվել է նաև լավագույն կաթ և թթվասեր արտադրող ընկերություն «Որակի նշան» կազմակերպության կողմից իրականցվող մեկ այլ ծրագրի հետազոտությունների և կույր համտեսների արդյունքում։ Իսրայելական լաբորատորիայում էլ ուսումնասիրությունների արդյունքում «Դիլի»–ն վաստակել է բարձր գնահատական՝ դասվելով աշխարհում թոփ 2%–ի շարքին։
Նշենք, որ «Դիլի» ընկերությունն առաջարկում է ավելի քան 17 տեսակի արտադրանք, ներառյալ՝ կաթ, թթվասեր, մածուն, լոռի, բուրրատա, ռիկոտտա, մոցարելլա, չեչիլ, հալած յուղ և այլ մթերքներ: Արտադրանքում բացակայում են արհեստական հավելումներն ու ներկանյութերը, իսկ ողջ տեսականին առանց գլյուտեն է:
Հիմնադրվելով 1997 թվականին՝ «Դիլի»-ն դարձավ Հայաստանում առաջիններից, որն օգտագործում էր բացառապես սեփական ֆերմայի կաթը: Արտադրամասն ու ֆերման գտնվում են Դիլիջանի գեղատեսիլ բնության գրկում, որից էլ առաջացել է ընկերության անվանումը։
