«Ռադիոալիքների տարածումը վերահսկելով՝ մենք կարող ենք ստեղծել շրջակա միջավայրի և ներկա մարդկանց պատկեր։ Այն աշխատում է սովորական տեսախցիկի նման, բացառությամբ այն բանի, որ մեր դեպքում ռադիոալիքներն օգտագործվում են հայտնաբերման համար՝ լույսի փոխարեն», - ասում է KASTEL-ի՝ Տեղեկատվական անվտանգության և հուսալիության ինստիտուտի պրոֆեսոր Թորստեն Շտրուֆեն ։ «Այսպիսով, կարևոր չէ՝ դուք Wi-Fi սարք եք կրում, թե ոչ»։
Անձնական գաջեթն անջատելը չի օգնի. բավական է, որ տարածքում աշխատում են այլ Wi-Fi սարքեր։

«Այս տեխնոլոգիան հզոր է, բայց միևնույն ժամանակ այն ռիսկեր է ստեղծում մեր հիմնարար իրավունքների, մասնավորապես՝ անձնական կյանքի անձեռնմխելիության իրավունքի համար», - եզրափակում է Ստրուֆը։
