ՆԳ նախարար Արփինե Սարգսյանի մասնակցությամբ Սևանում տեղի է ունեցել պարեկային ծառայողների հաղորդակցման հմտությունների լավարկման նախաձեռնության ամփոփիչ հանդիպումը։ Այս մասին հայտնել են ՀՀ ՆԳՆ-ից:

Դիմելով պարեկներին՝ նախարար Սարգսյանը հետաքրքրվել է հանդիպումների արդյունավետությունից և ընտրված թեմաների շուրջ քննարկումների արդյունքներից։

Պարեկային ծառայողները մասնակցության համար շնորհակալություն հայտնելով ՆԳ նախարարին՝ կիսվել են տպավորություններով ու ձեռք բերած հմտությունները կիրառելու փորձով։

Իրենց ելույթներում պարեկները կարևորել են նոր գիտելիքների ու հաղորդակցման արդյունավետ մեթոդներ կիրառելու փորձը գործընկերներին փոխանցելու մոտեցումը՝ ընդգծելով կոնկրետ ուղղություններով կարողությունների շարունակական զարգացման անհրաժեշտությունը։

Արփինե Սարգսյանը դրական է գնահատել հանդիպումների մասնակիցների գրանցած առաջընթացը՝ նշելով, որ առաջին հանդիպման համեմատությամբ նրանք զգալիորեն բարելավել են հաղորդակցության հմտությունները։

Նախարարի խոսքով՝ տարբեր իրավիճակներում արագ կողմնորոշվելը, քաղաքացիների հետ արդյունավետ հաղորդակցվելը և սկզբունքայնությունը պահպանելը Պարեկային ծառայության որակի ու հանրության շրջանում վստահության ամրապնդման կարևոր բաղադրիչներ են։ Պարեկային ծառայությունը գտնվում է զարգացման նոր փուլում, որտեղ անհատի գրանցած արդյունքների վրա հիմնված մոտեցումը պետք է դառնա համակարգի առաջընթացի շարժիչ ուժը, իսկ փորձի և նոր գիտելիքների համադրումը հնարավորություն կտա ապահովել նոր որակի ծառայություն և գրանցել արդյունքներ՝ իր խոսքում նշել է նախարարը։

Վերլուծվել են ծառայության ընթացքում արձանագրված դեպքերը․ կոնֆլիկտային իրավիճակներին արդյունավետ արձագանքելու տեսանկյունից կարևորվել է ստանդարտացված մոտեցումների կիրառումն ու վարքագծի դրսևորումները լայն համատեքստում գնահատելու անհրաժեշտությունը։

Թերությունների շտկման և իրավական կարգավորումների բարելավման առումով նախարար Սարգսյանն ընդգծել է, որ արդյունավետ լուծումներ հնարավոր է ներդնել ծառայողի վարքագծի վերանայման և անհատական մեթոդաբանության շնորհիվ։ Այդ մոտեցումը թույլ է տալիս ծառայության բոլոր ասպեկտները դիտարկել համալիր տեսանկյունից, ապահովել պրակտիկ արդյունքներ և բարձրացնել ընդհանուր կատարողականը։

Քննարկվել են քաղաքացիների հետ հաղորդակցության որակի բարելավման հնարավորությունները: Պայմանավորվածություն է ձեռք բերվել նույն ձևաչափով՝ արդեն մարզերի պարեկների ներգրավմամբ շարունակել թիրախային ուղղություններով հանդիպումները։

Հանդիպումների մասնակից պարեկային ծառայողները ստացել են հաղորդակցության դեսպանի վկայագրեր։
