«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

Երեկ հայտնի դարձավ, որ «Ականատես» դիտորդական առաքելությունը դիմել է Կենտրոնական ընտրական հանձնաժողովին՝ պահանջելով «անհապաղ ուսումնասիրել «ՀայաՔվե» դիտորդական առաքելության վարքագիծը և իրականացնել ՀՀ ընտրական օրենսգրքով ԿԸՀ-ին վերապահված գործառույթները՝ ընտրական գործընթացների օրինականությունը ապահովելու հարցում»։

Առաջին հայացքից տարօրինակ է, որ մի դիտորդական առաքելությունը պայքարում է այլ դիտորդական առաքելության դեմ: Այստեղ, կարծես, մրցակցության խնդիր չպետք է լինի, որովհետև եթե դիտորդական առաքելության իրական նպատակը ընտրությունների արդար ու թափանցիկ ընթացքի ապահովումն է, ապա պետք է ուրախ լինեն նման առաքելություններ շատ լինելու հանգամանքից: Սակայն հարցի պատասխանը տալիս է «Ականատեսի» հայտարարության այս հատվածը. ««Հայաքվե» դիտորդական առաքելությունը հավատարմագրումից հետո չի պահպանում քաղաքական չեզոքության սկզբունքը և նախընտրական ժամանակահատվածում իրականացնում է ակտիվ քարոզչություն՝ հիմնականում ընդդեմ «Քաղաքացիական պայմանագիր» կուսակցության»։

Եթե նկատի առնենք, որ «Ականատես» դիտորդական առաքելությունը, ուշադրություն, հիմնադրվել է 2018 թվականին, այսպես կոչված, «սորոսականությամբ» հայտնի մի քանի կազմակերպությունների կողմից, պատկերն առավել կամբողջանա: Սակայն ինչպիսի դիրքորոշում էլ ունենա դիտորդական առաքելությունը, տրամաբանորեն նրա խնդիրը պետք է լինի անաչառության ապահովումը, ոչ թե որևէ քաղաքական ուժի, տվյալ դեպքում՝ իշխող ՔՊ-ի «փաստաբանությունը»: Հակառակ դեպքում ստացվում է, որ «ՀայաՔվեին» «մեկուսացնելով»՝ նպատակ կա առավել ազատել ՔՊ-ի ձեռքերը:

Ի դեպ, առանց այդ էլ քիչ չեն բողոքները իշխող կուսակցությունից՝ Վաղարշապատի նախընտրական փուլի առումով: Ավելին, արդեն իսկ երկու քրեական վարույթ կա՝ ուղղակիորեն կապված ՔՊ-ի հետ: Այս և մի շարք փաստերով «Մայր Հայաստան» կուսակցությունը նախաձեռնել է իրավական գործընթաց` «Քաղաքացիական պայմանագիր» կուսակցության ընտրական ցուցակի գրանցումը Վաղարշապատ համայնքի ավագանու ընտրություններում ուժը կորցրած ճանաչելու պահանջով: Դե, դժվար չէ կանխատեսել, թե ԿԸՀ-ն ինչ ընթացք կտա այդ դիմումին:
