Չինաստանի դատարանը 23-ամյա տղամարդու մահապատժի է դատապարտել՝ մորը սպանելու համար՝ ապահովագրական գումարը գանձելու նպատակով, հայտնում է South China Morning Post-ը ։
Լու անունով 23-ամյա տղամարդը իր 44-ամյա մորը գայթակղելով տարել է գյուղական ճանապարհ, որտեղ նրա հանցակիցները՝ Յանը և Չենը, դիտավորյալ հարվածել են նրան իրենց մեքենայով։ Կինը ողջ չի մնացել։ Դատարանը պարզել է, որ հանցագործությունը մանրակրկիտ կերպով ծրագրված էր ապահովագրության գումարը գանձելու համար։ «Ես համաձայնեցի սպանել մորս, քանի որ Յանը ինձ ասաց, որ ապահովագրության գումարը գանձելուց հետո մեր ընտանիքի կյանքը զգալիորեն կբարելավվի», - հարցաքննության ժամանակ բացատրեց Լուն։
Այս գաղափարը տղամարդիկ մտածել են այն բանից հետո, երբ Լուի մայրը 2023 թվականի ապրիլին ավտովթարի համար ստացել է 320,000 յուանի (մոտավորապես 3.6 միլիոն ռուբլի) ապահովագրական հայց։ Ընկերները նրա հաշվից հանել են գումարը և ծախսել դիզայներական հագուստի վրա։ Նրանք հասկացել են, որ կարող են նաև այլ օգուտներ ստանալ, եթե ընտանիքում վնասվածքներ լինեն։ Լուն ցանկացել է կուրացնել մորը, բայց ծրագիրը ձախողվել է։ Այնուհետև նրանք բամբուկե փայտով հանել են Լուի հոր աչքերը՝ վաստակելով 1300 յուան (մոտավորապես 14,800 ռուբլի)։
Այս դավադրության հաջողությունից հետո Չենն ու Յանը առաջարկեցին գործ ունենալ Լուի պապիկի հետ, բայց տղամարդը հրաժարվեց, քանի որ պապիկը նրան մանկուց մեծացրել էր։ Յանը առաջարկեց կրկին թիրախավորել իր մորը, որի հետ Լուն լարված հարաբերություններ ուներ։
Յանը դատապարտվեց մահապատժի։ Չենը դատապարտվեց յոթ տարվա ազատազրկման։ Երեքն էլ բողոքարկեցին որոշումը։
