Նոր տարածաշրջանային արկածախնդրություն՝ ԱՄՆ քավորությամբ
ANALYSIS
Արևմուտքը շարունակում է տարածաշրջանից Ռուսաստանին դուրս մղելու քաղաքականությունը և, կրկին, ոչ թե իր ուժերով, այլ հետխորհրդային տարածքի երկրներին օգտագործելով։ Հայաստանին ու Ադրբեջանին վաշինգտոնյան հռչակագիր պարտադրելով՝ Դոնալդ Թրամփն օրերս Սպիտակ տանն ընդունել է Կենտրոնական Ասիայի հինգ երկրների ղեկավարների՝ Ղազախստանի, Ղրղըզստանի, Տաջիկստանի, Թուրքմենստանի և Ուզբեկստանի առաջնորդների հետ։ Հանդիպումը նպատակ ունի ընդլայնել ԱՄՆ ազդեցությունը ռեսուրսներով հարուստ այս տարածաշրջանում, որը երկար ժամանակ եղել է Ռուսաստանի ազդեցության գոտի, իսկ վերջերս էլ գրավում է նաև Չինաստանի ուշադրությունը։
Դոնալդ Թրամփը նշել է, որ Կենտրոնական Ասիան «չափազանց հարուստ տարածաշրջան» է, և ԱՄՆ-ն ցանկանում է ամրապնդել գործընկերությունն այս երկրների հետ։ Իսկ գլխավոր առաջնահերթությունը կարևորագույն հանքանյութերն են․ ԱՄՆ-ն ցանկանում է ընդլայնել և ապահովել իր մատակարարման շղթաները։
Բնականաբար, Թրամփը չի շրջանցել իր անունով կոչված ճանապարհը․ ասել է, թե այդ ճանապարհը կխթանի առևտուրը և հույս է հայտնել, որ Կենտրոնական Ասիայի երկրները ևս կկարողանան տնտեսական օգուտներ քաղել այս ճանապարհից։ «Այդ պատմական համաձայնագիրը ներառում է նոր «Թրամփի ուղու» կառուցումը։ Այն իսկապես հրաշալի նախագիծ է, նրանք դա իմ անունով են կոչել, գնահատում եմ դա, դա իրականում մեծ գործ է»,– ընդգծել է ԱՄՆ նախագահը։
ԱՄՆ-ը չի էլ թաքցնում, որ նպատակը հեռվից հեռու տարածաշրջանի կոմունիկացիաների վերահսկողությունն է՝ այդկերպ կապելով թե՛ Ռուսաստանի, թե՛ Իրանի ու Չինաստանի ձեռքերը։ Նախկինում Հայաստանը, Ադրբեջանը, Կենտրոնական Ասիայի երկրները չէին էլ մտածի նման հարված հասցնել ՌԴ շահերին, իսկ այժմ՝ օգտվելով Ուկրաինայում ստեղծված իրավիճակից, Մոսկվայի խիստ զբաղվածությունից ու որոշակի թուլացումից՝ գործուն ջանքեր են գործադրում ռուսական ազդեցությունը զրոյի հասցնելու համար։ Ամեն դեպքում սա արկածախնդիր մոտեցում է և կարող է հաջողել, եթե ՌԴ-ն պարտություն կրի ուկրաինական ճակատում։ Իհարկե, Վաշինգտոնը ոչինչ չի կորցնում, բայց հաջողելու դեպքում շահում է ամեն ինչ։ Իսկ նախկին խորհրդային պետությունները կարող են չհաջողել, և հետևանքներն էլ ողբերգական են լինելու։
