Այսօր՝ նոյմեբերի 9-ին, առեղծվածային դեպք է տեղի ունեցել Երևանում: Ժամը 08:50-ի սահմաններում ՀՀ ներքին գործերի նախարարության ոստիկանության համայնքային ոստիկանության գլխավոր վարչության Մաշտոցի բաժնում օպերատիվ տեղեկություններ են ստացվել, որ Նազարբեկյան փողոցի շենքերից մեկի բակում վիրավոր քաղաքացի է ընկած:
Ինչպես հայտնում է ֆոտոլրագրող Գագիկ Շամշյանը, դեպքի վայր են ժամանել ոստիկանության Մաշտոցի բաժնի օպերատիվ խումբը՝ բաժնի պետի տեղակալ Գևորգ Պողոսյանի գլխավորությամբ:
Ժամանել են նաև ՀՀ ՆԳՆ փրկարար ծառայության Երևանի թիվ 7-րդ հրշեջ-փրկարարական ջոկատից 1 մարտական հաշվարկ:
Տեղում պարզվել է, որ տեղեկությունը հավաստի է և նշված շենքի բակում գազատար խողովակի վրա հայտնաբերվել է երիտասարդ տղա, ում օպերատիվորեն ժամանած Երևանի 1-03 շտապօգնության բժիշկների հերթապահ խումբը նախ տեղում առաջին բուժօգնությունն է ցուցաբերել, ապա տեղափոխել «Արմենիա» բժշկական կենտրոն:
Օպերատիվորեն ժամանել են նաև «Գազպրոմ Արմենիա», «Տրանսգազ», Երևանի ԳԳՄ-ի աշխատակիցները, ովքեր կարճ ժամանակում դադարեցրել են գազամատակարարումը և վնասված գազախողովակը վերանորոգել:
Դեպքի մասին ոստիկանության Մաշտոցի բաժնից տեղեկությունը փոխանցել են ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Երևան քաղաքի քննչական վարչության Աջափնյակ և Դավիթաշեն վարչական շրջանների քննչական բաժին, որտեղից ժամանել է քննչական խումբը՝ հատկապես կարևոր գործերով ավագ քննիչ Դավիթ Մուրադխանյանի գլխավորությամբ:
Դեպքի փաստով քննչական բաժնում նախաձեռնվել է քրեական վարույթ, որի շրջանակում էլ պարզվել է, որ հիվանդանոց տեղափոխվածը նշված շենքի բնակիչ 18-ամյա Հրայր Գ.-ն է, ով 4-րդ հարկից կամ անգուշաբար վայր է ընկել, կամ ինքնասպանություն գործելու նպատակով իրեն ցած է նետել:
