Նոյեմբերի 9-ի փաստաթղթի ստորագրումը, որը տեղի ունեցավ 5000 անմեղ զոհերի, 11.000 վիրավորների և Արցախի մի մասի հանձնման պայմաններում, հայ ժողովրդի պատմության ամենածանր էջերից մեկն է։ Հայաստանի ղեկավարությունը, որը հետագայում առանց վարանելու և առանց քննարկումների Արցախը ճանաչեց Ադրբեջանի մաս, 2020 թվականին ուներ այլ մարտավարություն՝ հստակ որոշում և պայմանավորվածություն, թե վերջում ինչ արդյունք ենք ունենալու։ Սակայն այդ ամենը տեղի ունեցավ հազարավոր զոհերի և 44-օրյա դաժան պատերազմի գնով՝ սեփական անունը փրկելու և իշխանությունը պահպանելու նպատակով։ Այս ամսին գրել է «Հայաստանը ես եմ» նախաձեռնության ղեկավար Նաիրի Սարգսյանը։

«Նոյեմբերի 9-ի հայտարարության կետերը չպահվեցին, որովհետև թշնամին գիտեր, որ իր դիմաց կանգնած չէ հայրենասեր, հայրենանվեր ղեկավար, այլ թույլ ու սեփական ժողովրդին խաբող մեկը, որից կարելի է միշտ պահանջել և ստանալ։ Այդպես ստացվեց, որ փաստաթղթից հետո Ադրբեջանի ԶՈՒ-ն ներխուժեց Հայաստանի Հանրապետության սուվերեն տարածք և մինչ օրս շարունակում է մնալ այնտեղ։ Այդպես եղավ նաև, որ Արցախը հայաթափվեց ու հանձնվեց։
Հայ ժողովուրդը իր դարավոր պատմության ընթացքում շատ է տեսել դավաճանություններ, պարտություններ և կորուստներ, բայց դրանք երբեք մեզ չեն կոտրել, չեն փոխել մեր պայքարող ու չհանձնվող տեսակը՝ չեն փոխի նաև հիմա։

Խոնարհվում եմ մեր բոլոր անմեղ զոհերի հիշատակի առաջ։ Իմ խորին ցավակցությունն եմ հայտնում մեր հերոսների ընտանիքներին՝ ուժ և տոկունություն մաղթելով նրանց, ովքեր ամեն օր ապրում են անփոխարինելի կորստի ցավով»,- գրել է նա։
