Monument watch-ը ահազանգում է․

«Ուզբեկստանի Տաշքենդ քաղաքի Ալիշեր Նավոյի անվան ուզբեկական լեզվի և գրականության համալսարանում տեղի է ունեցել «Արևմտյան Ադրբեջանի պատմություններ» գրքի շնորհանդեսը, որը պատրաստվել է «Արևմտյան Ադրբեջանի թեման թյուրքական աշխարհում» նախագծի շրջանակներում, որն իրականացրել է Աշխարհի երիտասարդ թուրք գրողների միությունը (WGTYB)՝ Ադրբեջանի Հանրապետության ոչ կառավարական կազմակերպություններին պետական ​​աջակցության գործակալության նվիրատվությամբ (https://azertag.az/xeber/ozbekistanda_qerbi_azerbaycan_hekayeleri_kitabinin_teqdimati_kechirilib-3832547)։

Վերջին տարիներին Ադրբեջանը հետևողականորեն միջազգային տարաբնույթ հարթակներում ձևավորում է այսպես կոչված «Արևմտյան Ադրբեջանի մշակույթի» գաղափարական հիմքերը։ Եթե դիտարկենք այս իրադարձությունը լայն համատեքստում, ապա այն ոչ թե պարզապես գեղարվեստական գրականության ներկայացում է, այլ մշակութային քաղաքականության դրսևորում, որի նպատակն է տարածել ադրբեջանական նարատիվը Հայաստանի պատմական տարածքների նկատմամբ՝ այն ներկայացնելով իբր որպես կորսված հայրենիք և մշակութային ժառանգության մի մաս։

Շնորհանդեսը տեղի է ունեցել թյուրքական աշխարհի մտավոր շրջանակների ներգրավմամբ։ Այսպես Ադրբեջանը փորձում է օգտագործել թյուրքական երկրների մշակութային և կրթական հարթակները՝ տարածելու այն գաղափարը, թե «Արևմտյան Ադրբեջանը» եղել է ադրբեջանական ինքնության կենտրոն։ Այս գիրքը, որը պատրաստվել է «Աշխարհի երիտասարդ թուրք գրողների միության» և Ադրբեջանի պետական ֆինանսավորմամբ, ընդգրկում է պատմվածքներ, որտեղ տեղահանության, հիշողության և ինքնության թեմաները ներկայացվում են ադրբեջանական տեսանկյունից՝ վերածվելով քաղաքականացված մշակութային գործիքի։

Վերջին տարիներին նկատելի է մի համակարգված քաղաքականություն՝ ստեղծել և հանրայնացնել այն, ինչ Ադրբեջանն անվանում է «արևմտյան ադրբեջանական մշակույթ»։

Նմանատիպ նախագծերը՝ գրքերի, ֆիլմերի, ցուցահանդեսների, ուսումնական ծրագրերի տեսքով, մի ընդհանուր նպատակ ունեն՝ ստեղծել ամբողջական մշակութային նարատիվ, որը հաստատում է «Արևմտյան Ադրբեջանի» գաղափարը՝ որպես իրականություն։ Բաքուն այս ուղղությամբ օգտագործում է ոչ միայն պետական, այլև ոչ կառավարական կառույցների, գրողների միությունների և երիտասարդական նախաձեռնությունների հնարավորությունները՝ որպես մշակութային գործընթաց։ Սակայն այստեղ մշակույթն օգտագործվում է որպես քաղաքական գործիք՝ պատմության վերաշարադրման և տարածքային հավակնությունների գաղափարական հիմնավորման համար։ Այս գիրքը, ինչպես և դրա շնորհանդեսը Ուզբեկստանում, մաս են կազմում նույն քարոզչական ցանցի, որի նպատակն է միջազգային հանրությանը ներկայացնել Արևմտյան Ադրբեջանը՝ իբր պատմականորեն գոյություն ունեցած և այժմ վերաիմաստավորվող ինքնություն»։
