«Голос Курдистана». 1992թ. գոյություն ուներ չճանաչված Լաչինի Քրդական Հանրապետություն

1992թ. մայիսի 20-ից մինչեւ նոյեմբերի 30-ը գոյություն է ունեցել Լաչինի Քրդական Հանրապետությունը, գրել է «Голос Курдистана» թելեգրամ-ալիքը։
Ալիքը նաեւ հրապարակել է 1980-ականների լուսանկարներ ադրբեջանական քրդերի հանրահավաքից։
«Ցուցարարները պահանջում էին վերականգնել Քրդական ինքնավար նահանգը, որը գոյություն էր ունեցել Ադր․ ԽՍՀ կազմում 1923-1929թթ․։ Շարժման առաջնորդը Վաքիլ Մուսթաֆաեւն էր (1938—2019թթ.)։
1992թ․ մայիսի 20-ից մինչեւ նոյեմբերի 30-ը գոյություն է ունեցել չճանաչված Լաչինի Քրդական Հանրապետությունը։ Ադրբեջանական քրդերի մեծ մասը չի աջակցել Վ․Մուսթաֆաեւին՝ նրան հայտարարելով «Ադրբեջանի թշնամի եւ հայերի ու եզիդների կողմնակից», եւ անգամ «գաուր», որը, խախտելով Ղուրանը, «սուր է բարձրացրել մուսուլման եղբայրների դեմ»։
Մարտական գործողությունների հետեւանքով քուրդ բնակչության ավելի քան 80 տոկոսը հեռացել է շրջանից։ Ռուսական իշխանությունները հայտարարել են, որ չեն կարող աջակցել Լաչինի Քրդական Հանրապետությանը արաբական պետությունների, Թուրքիայի եւ Իրանի ճնշման պատճառով, զուգահեռ առաջարկելով, որ եթե Վ․Մուսթաֆաեւը 70 հազար քրդից ոչ պակաս բնակեցնի Չեչնիայի եւ Ստավրոպոլի միջեւ տարածքում, ապա Մոսկվան կստեղծի քրդական ինքնավարություն Հյուսիսային Կովկասում։
Սակայն ադրբեջանական քրդերի մեծ մասը չցանկացավ ոչ սուր բարձրացնել, ոչ էլ հոծ բնակվել Կովկասում, ուստի հիմնականում ձուլվեց, բայց փոխարենը չգնաց «մուսուլման եղբայրների» դեմ։ Քրդական Ալիեւների, Էյուբովների, Մեհթիեւների եւ Աբդուլաեւների կլաններն այսօր վերահսկում են պետությունը, ներառյալ նավթային պետական ձեռնարկությունները»,- գրել է ռեսուրսը։
Ալիքը նաեւ մեջբերել է Լաչինի Քրդական Հանրապետության վարչապետ Վաքիլ Մուսթաֆաեւին։
«Աբդուլա Օջալանն ինձ ասել է, որ երբ մահանամ, քրդերը կթքեն իմ գերեզմանին, բայց թուրքերը նրա ոսկե արձանը կկանգնեցնեն»։
«1997 թվականին Վ.Մուսթաֆաեւը [հենց Վ.Մուսթաֆաեւի խոսքով՝ կարեւոր ծան.] Ա.Օջալանին առաջարկել է, որ Քուրդիստան ստեղծելու համար նախ անհրաժեշտ է քրդերի եւ թուրքերի միջեւ ազգամիջյան թշնամանք ստեղծել, ապա միայն դրանից հետո սկսել ազատագրական պայքարը՝ հայտարարելով. «Հակառակ դեպքում, ինչպես Ադրբեջանում, Թուրքիայի քրդերի ոչ ավելի, քան 10 տոկոսը կաջակցի ձեր պայքարին։ Դուք ինքներդ եք համոզվել դրանում»։ Միեւնույն ժամանակ, Վ.Մուսթաֆաեւը որպես օրինակ է բերել Քրդստանի աշխատավորական կուսակցության առաջնորդին՝ խալիֆայության ոչնչացումը եւ քրդական ամիրայությունների վերականգնումը միայն այն բանից հետո, երբ Ալ-Մութասիմ Բիլահը թշնամանք ստեղծեց արաբների եւ քրդերի միջեւ։ Սակայն Ա.Օջալանը պատասխանել է, որ փոխարենը նախընտրում է քրդերի եւ թուրքերի միջեւ ավելի ջերմ հարաբերություններ ստեղծել»,- գրել է «Голос Курдистана»-ն։
